About the author

I was born in Michigan and grew up in the suburbs of Detroit. Writing has always been my passion and I believe everything I have experienced in life so far has led me to this moment in time.

We are fortunate to have the opportunity in this life, to recreate ourselves as often as we like, and decide every morning which path to take. There are no limits set upon your dreams and nothing to keep you from living them. Always believe.

I currently live in Brentwood, Tennessee with my husband, Lloyd. I have four grown children and five grandchildren and two delightful mutts named Jackson and Josie. I am working on my second novel.

I downloaded this book last night, could barely put it down, and here I am tonight writing a review. Actually, I went back to Amazon to see if there were a sequel yet, only to see that it's just been published. I loved the story, which I found quite compelling. The writing was quite capable (with the annoying exception of the improper punctuation of the family's name: Macomb's, which should be simply Macombs, when referring to the family, or Macombs' when it's possessive).

The characters were quite credible, and I found them appealing. I don't write plot summaries, but have to say that the plotting in this was tight; the pace and the tension really picked up towards the conclusion.

The parallels to the story of the immaculate conception of Jesus are obvious, but as familiar as that story is, this really made me think about just what a challenge it must have been to be Mary, knowing that she was still a virgin, but that not many people would believe it, or her. And it had never really sunk in what could have happened to her, had Joseph gone ahead with his initial decision to divorce her, however quietly.

I'm still hoping for a sequel, though!

I started reading and it was one of those books I didn't want to lay down. The story starts in May of 2018. Jillian Macomb lives in Nashville, TN, is a teenager in high school, who breaks up with her boyfriend because she doesn't want to have sex until marriage. She finds out she is pregnant and must convince everyone that she is still a virgin. While having strange dreams that tell her what is going on with her and what is to come. Miles away in Canada, Stephen Jacobs is also having strange dreams which contain a girl he has never met.

Jillian's father works at the School of Divinity , where Stephen has been accepted into the fellowship program. They both study early Christianity.

The miracles start when Dr. Michael Sorrento is injured doing a DNA.

This book is full of miracles, suspense, fear, love, and hope.

The ending left me hanging. Did not care much for the way it ended wrote up in a few lines in the Epilogue.

An exciting book that was hard to put down. Jillian Macomb is about to enter her senior year of high school when she finds out that she is pregnant. Now she needs to convince everyone of the truth, that she is still a virgin. When she meets Stephen Jacobs, who works with her father, the two begin to find out how their lives are intertwined because of the child she is carrying. When miracles begin to occur, everyone wants a part of it, including the miracle baby she is carrying. Jillian and Stephen must protect the baby at all costs.

This book was exciting and suspenseful. The plot was credible and really made you think. You read in the Bible, the story of Jesus' birth, but what if that were to happen, a second time, in today's society? I enjoyed reading about Jillian who is a very strong girl. Going through the accusations from her family, doctors, and ex-boyfriend's family, her character really develops and you see that no matter who doesn't believe her, Jillian believes. I also really like Stephen. He is a determined young man who will stop at nothing to understand where his visions are leading him. He also is a very kindhearted person who is willing to sacrifice himself for the greater good. I really loved this book and I feel the author did a fantastic job at holding the reader's attention.

This book was interesting. But it was a bit creepy. I did enjoy it though. It something different. If you enjoy the story about Christianity. Then this a book for you. I was a little creepy out by it but not horribly. I am not starting it a bad book. I did like it but I it gave me a bit of strange dreams.
