The Daniel Fast was a book I started when my mother and participated in a group fast for spiritual and overall personal development. This book during that time along with the fasting provided so much clarity for my spirit, for my soul. It truly is food for thought. Now, it’s 2024 and I’m on a fasting journey for spiritual, physical and mental release, I have restarted this book to guide me through this process. The fast program I’m on is for 5 days for 5-6 months and I’m alert, I feel weight dropping off of me and working to make small changes in habits that have hindered me.
