Twenty tales collected from German folklore and immortalized by the brothers Grimm.
Excerpt: "From the first this collection attracted the attention of scholars interested in the literary heritage of the Teutonic peoples. Yet more, it won the hearts of children and established for itself a foremost place among the classics of the nursery. These selections from the "Kinder- und Haus-Märchen" include stories which are prime favorites with children. In language as in thought they are carefully graded to the most youthful readers."

My question is do i enjoy this book? well, that's really difficilt to say but i read it nonetheless.
Some of the stories here are good that did teach the readers good moral story but other? like the Hedgehog and the hare, i was like 'what's the point?' or probably I'm just to dumb to realize the morals behind it.
I really love these fairy tales and I couldnt remember the name of the story the wolf and the seven goslings, it brought back my childhood! well done !
It just took me to the little fairy tales I used to admire and hoped, when I was little, to witness such tales. We are never too old to read fairy tales ^^
Giving this a score out of five feels even more arbitrary than usual. I quite enjoyed it, so...3/5? (5/5 for cultural and folk-historical importance though, obvs).
