من اروع الكتب عن التغذية بشكل عام و بالحقيقة كتاب صادم جدا بنصح كل الأصدقاء يلي عندهم مشاكل صحية الها علاقة بالتغذية خاصة مرضى الغدة و السكري يقروه بتمعن و موجود بالسوق السورية بالحقيقة تفاجأت انو لقيتو حعيد القراءة بالعربي كتير كتاب مهم تطبيقو صعب لكن لما طبقتو كتير استفدت و هلأ لازم ارجع عليه و يتحول للايف ستايل بصراحة
