I won't rate this because each person will value it differently and take what they need from it but personally I found this book insightful, easy to understand and overall helpful especially in the rut I currently feel stuck in. Glad I came across this.

A fantastic book that is beautifully illustrated with few words, yet those words really do land- and that's the genius of it. Genius really is in simplicity.

This book poses questions which gets the reader to question their current state of thinking.
It avoids 'telling' someone how they should feel, and let's them decide for themselves.

A quick book that can be enjoyed and used as part of a mental health plan. We're regularly told about the benefits of physical health and it's maintenance, well this is a great emotional maintenance book.

Very quick read. Fun and informative. Lots of "that's so true" moments. I think this would be a great book to have on hand to pep you up on down days and help deal with all the tricky obstacles of life.

A very quick read. Clear, straightforward and very helpful and relatable. For anyone going through a difficult time, this book is a good reminder of where you're going wrong, where your mind needs to be at and what/how to assess and change for a more positive, healthy, happy life.

I can see how this book can be beneficial to others. This book was for work, and there was nothing new here for me.
