An Insiders Guide to Sub Modalities

Rate this book
All of the material inclded in this book is based on the work of Richard Bandler. Of Richard and his teaching, I am reminded of a passage from the Tao te Ching The sage does not hoard. Having bestowed all he has on othrs, he has yet more. (Translated by C.D. Lau, Penguin, 1969) In Preparing the text, I have drawn extensively on workshop transcripts in which Richard was teaching the concepts and practices of sub-modality usage. A great resource about Submodalities. Contains a wealth of techniques and examples. Must read for NLPers. Non-NLPers not so much...

This is a pretty good book for anyone interested in NLP/hypnosis. It's not very long and is mostly a collection of exercises, but it explains sub modalities and chaining--both of which are incredible helpful for using NLP.
