When the green-eyed monster gets out of control, it becomes a destructive syndrome--obsessive jealousy--that authors term the Othello response in salute to Shakespeare's character. Initially purposeful, Lenson (Good Stress, Bad Stress) and Ruge (Soul Mapping: Aothellon Imaginative Way, to Self-Discovery) quickly lose steam and fall into examining general problems (e.g., trust and forgiveness) in relationships without relating it to their concept. Though readers may inadvertently gain insight into relationship woes, especially from the insightful anecdotes, there's little to recommend this fascinating workbook concept destroyed by clumsy execution. Not recommended; better to try Harriet B. Braiker's Who's Pulling Your Strings?: How To Break the Cycle of Manipulation and Regain Control of Your Life or Lundy Bancroft's Why Does He Do That?: Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men.
