4.5 really. Liked it a bunch...but wasn't quite as good as the other 5 stars. That darn ole queen, be she good or be she bad...she's a smarty pants! And, now I have a new mythology to go read...how exciting is that!?! What would it be like if someone told you that you would never believe them...once they told you the truth? It gets a bit moggy in places, but moggy is the best...because when it clears up...the knock on the noggin' is just awesome!

That title reminds me of the song

You should totally listen to it.

About the book, it was mesmerizing as usual. The smarty pant Queen of Sorrow was able to get away yet again. I need to learn more about Cassandra. If I'm not mistaken, Trelawney from the HP series is a descendent of Cassandra isn't she?

Another excellent prequel! I am excited for the full length novel. I thought this prequel did an excellent job at tying up some loose ends in preparation for the novel.

The only thing that confused me is the author's notes said I should now know 5 of the lost 7 but I feel like I know six.

Well, regardless, I'm excited to read the novel!

I love how the Queen of Sorrow was able to outsmart Cassandra. I thought it was very shrewd and unexpected. However, they were going on so many details in their conversation that it tends to get a dragging.

totally saw the ending coming but thats because i like to over think things and they turn out right haha. it was interesting again to see the queen and it always comes down to whether the queen is evil or not? i think she does evil things but shes not purely evil just like everyone else.

This one gets an extra star (or a half actually, seeing as the actual rating will be 2,5) because there was some Greek Mythology stuff going on. Even though I also found a bit odd.. Like this is about fairytales and stuff and there's some mythology stuff thrown in?!?!?!?!?! But ok.
