Lifeless by T.C. Michael made for a jaunty Sunday afternoon. The characters were plausible and common students making the conversation and context easy to understand or be a part of.
The haunting descriptions make the reader interested to thumb through even faster to see what laid ahead for the friends.
Anyone that goes for a "Walking Dead" sort of read will eat this short story up with two spoons. I can see this being a big hit for the tween/teens that want a zombie fest to sink their teeth into,
Kudos to the author and editor for this introductory piece. I look forward to reading more of T.C. Micheal's work.
This story brought to me what the tv series Walking Dead would. I was instantly attached from the beginning. When I finished it I wanted to read the next part! So . . . I ended up buying part 2 and now I can't wait to start reading it!
I really liked the conflict that was constantly happening and the relationships between Mark and John. The choices they were faced with constantly kept me reading.
