I read this book when I worked at the Inter-Continental in Ljubljana. It was more of a refresher than anything else. The book provides actual scenarios that can happen in hotels. I recall sharing the lessons from the book with my less eloquent colleagues to uplift their English capabilities. Despite being almost a quarter of a century old, it can still be a good resource for someone who wants to either test one's knowledge or expand the vocabulary and look more professional in one's job.
