A good read alternative for Black people that offsets the fabrications and myths of religious dogma, myths and propaganda hawked by religious zealots.

Its straight forwardness use of the "N" word may offend the timid, yet DeCoy is attempting to not only negate its negative meaning,but reconstruct its possible positiveness.

Using his own parables, short verses and an extraordinary sampling of ideas, deCoy launches his conceptual missles to a distance in the future that has not happened yet.

And thatis when Black people began to to think and will have shedded the husks of white domination off of them.

The book's title will probably offend a lot of potential readers and the content itself is even more offensive. But, if you take if your take the book for what it's trying to convey or at least what I believe it's trying to convey: a tongue in cheek/sarcastic message to African-Americans to think outside the box and not be overcome by racism, oppression, depression or anything else that may hold you back from achieving peace and your dreams.

very provocative book, but it has nothing to do w/long-lost african scripture.
this book confirmed what i have argued many times. the racial epitath "spook" refers to white people.

I Read this book several times & each time i’m enlighten. My favorite part is when God is making love to Mother Earth; beautiful. Note: when it rains, i know God is making Mother Earth wet to blossom for all of us to appreciate her beauty with the flowers, trees, grass & all that naturally is effected with God’s outburst in love making. Niggers better read this novel ;). This is a GREAT read & was translated in several different languages for all to enjoy world wide. And smile when it thunders!
