Looking forward to her family's annual Easter egg hunt, little kitten Mia hopes to find the big chocolate prize bunny all by herself and faces a difficult choice when her younger cousin has trouble finding eggs.
This year I'm adding a good handful of books to our Easter pile. This is a great one all about a family easter egg hunt both with eggs and chocolate bunnies. Once again Mia is a great friend and example for little readers on how to treat others. This one shows family values in a fun way and of course Mia is in her adorable pink tu-tu. I love this one and I'm coming to enjoy adding Mia to our shelves more and more.

Mia makes a very mature decision for a little girl in this story--she puts her cousin's feelings ahead of hear own. This is a great lesson for children who maybe are forgetting the spirit of sharing and giving that come with the holidays, specifically Easter in this case. The text is small, but it has a strong message.
