A bitter sweet view of brain injury. It’s wonderful for anyone looking to normalise a brain injury to a child. I love the references to animals to explain certain behaviours of a brain injured person. I bought this for my nephew as my brother (his father) has a brain injury. It was one of the very few I could locate. I reached out to the author - she is incredibly kind.
