Dragon Riders of Ragond: Nine Book World Boxset (Dragon Riders of Ragond Box Set) ~~ This nine-book box set was such a treat to read and listen to. I went back and forth between Kindle and Audible, which is honestly how I survive when I’m not teaching, and this series kept me hooked from the very first portal opening. Dragons, dragon riders, parallel worlds, and nonstop danger ~ what more could you want in an epic fantasy series?
Ragond is a world that exists alongside Earth, and once the portals start opening, everything changes. Ordinary people are suddenly pulled into an extraordinary fight, and the dragon riders are all that stand between both worlds and complete destruction. Each book builds on the last, and I loved how the stakes kept getting higher while the characters continued to grow stronger, braver, and more connected to their dragons.
One of my favorite parts of this series is how the bonds between riders and dragons are written ~ emotional, powerful, and sometimes heartbreaking. There are moments of victory, moments of loss, and plenty of cliff-adjacent endings that make it impossible to stop after just one book. I kept telling myself “just one more chapter”… and suddenly hours were gone.
The audiobook narration really brought the story to life. The voices fit the characters well, and the action scenes were especially exciting to listen to. Whether you’re reading on Kindle, listening on Audible, or doing both like I did, this box set is an incredible value and a great way to fully immerse yourself in the world of Ragond.
I would definitely recommend this book and this entire series, and I can’t wait to dive even deeper into this world. If you want dragons, adventure, danger, and a story that keeps pulling you back in, you really can’t go wrong here.

Excellent Bundle of Fantasy Series
I recently started listening to audiobooks by this author, and so far, I've adored every one. I love finding a new author to love! While I don't read fantasy often, I enjoy a good fantasy book (and series!) every now and then. I'm so glad to have found this author. This is the first time I've actually *read* one of her books, as opposed to listening to an audiobook, I think. I found her writing as engaging to read as to listen to. She builds complex worlds, with sympathetic, relatable characters, “normal” people who become heroes when their worlds shift. I like how this bundle of series blended two very different worlds, with all the bumps, missteps, and trials that suggest. I love being able to binge-read series without even having to pause to download, but in this mega collection of nine books, I got to enjoy THREE series that lay out the complete story of Ragond, a well-imagined and complex world of humans and dragons. A gripping read that kept me turning the digital pages well into the night far too often! Highly recommended, as are all books by this author!

I love dragon rider stories, especially when I can read them without delving into sexuality. The innocence of youth is something to be highly valued, while powerful emotion is an intricate part of life. Characters who are genuinely involved in learning about who they are and what values they choose for their lives, what is imminently important versus what is worth waiting for, and can work through the difficulties and challenges of becoming a whole and productive, positive person are worth reading about. This is what I loved most about this series. There is no lack of action and each event, good or bad, draws the reader into a rollercoaster ride through the lives of the characters. Ava Richardson is accomplished as a writer, capturing interest, sparking imagination, and weaving a tapestry that allows a reader to enter worlds stunningly created and magically designed. Her worlds and characters parallel real world issues, while allowing solutions that we can only hope to find and achieve in our own lifetimes!

Trilogy 1: Nova and her best friend Zephyr wander into the world of Ragond, and are caught up in the war with the Mythos.
Trilogy 2: Kira is caught up in a mysterious sleeping sickness and finding a cure.
Trilogy 3: Yanna, a witch hunter, stumbles into Ragond, where she gets caught into a battle with her former friends and allies.
Each trilogy is well plotted, with beautifully written characters. The stories are full of adventure, action and friendship. 5/5.

Fantastic fantasy world where dragons and witches use their abilities to create a better life. I love this idea of doing everything to achieve this vision, but as always there are some who seek power and are only interested in ruling over others. The author impresses with her ability to keep attention until the end and increase the tension. I love the struggle to find the right way to understand and support the other.
This book is for fantasy lovers, looking for impressive worlds where dragons and magic can be found and the values of life have their place

Dragon Riders of Ragond is an epic adventure that is both original and refreshingly innocent. It’s a perfect blend of adventure and coming of age without being bogged down with tons of sex. I really have a hard time finding amazing reads without having to flip past have the book because I don’t want to read intimately explicit material. I love the characters and their connection with their dragons. I also love the character growth and getting lost in these exciting worlds! No be creates them like Ava Richardson. Truly a great read for the young and old alike and I highly recommend it!

A thrilling, action packed boxset of the dragons and Dragon Riders of Ragond. For Nova and Zephyr Ragond is new and exciting. Portals, magic, realms and dragons. Yanna things are getting harder with the portals, time and the magic.
Wonderful characters, fast paced and exciting. Tragedy, friendship, heros and evils this boxset is a great read and should not be missed.

Ragond
I loved these books. Sorry when I came to the end but felt could have gone a little bit further.
I opened the first book & climbed in and was instantly there with the magic.
I was there because it was a wonderful story, loved the characters especially the dragons. Descriptions were so good I felt I was actually there.
Ava Richardson is a wonderful writer & I can’t get enough of her.

Hooked on this series
I loved the imagination and the attention to details of this series. The characters become very real in my mind. I love how the characters grow with hard work, knowledge and learning to trust. I look forward to other books written by Ava Richardson. I did not find anything I disliked.

Story weaving on an exceptional level
Was unable to put this set down until I was unable to go any further, and was just as eager to pick it back up and immerse myself within the world Ava Richardson has created. Thank you for letting me lose myself within its pages... It was wonderful to walk with your characters and experience their story.... What a movie this would make !!!!

Wow. As a grandmother, age 80, I loved these books. You write books that be enjoyed by any age, and your editors are great. I only found 1 mistake in all nine books. That is saying something positive. You are among my favorite writers now. Thank you for a fabulous journey through Ragond.

I enjoyed this boxset. It contains stories 1 -9. Each story is well written, the characters are likeable. I enjoyed this collection of stories. This is a new author for me and I am looking forward to reading more from them.

My kind of Fantasy
I loved the stories, the characters in the stories and the way they a were written. These kind of stories show that there is no need for sex, or filthy language for stories to be exciting and interesting.

A YA series on dragon Riders set in an alternate world with portals connected to Earth & Mythos (think of a world of ancient Greek creatures). This is 3 trilogies that are interconnected over the course of the series focused on a young girl in each one of the trilogies.
