Quite simple book that guides you to the efficient deal with your manpower to have the highest outcome and retention rate. It teaches you that humans are not treated like the machines. Such a very good book.

A very short, conscience and easy read about management. This book covers topics about team work, project management and leadership. It can be used as quick reference for some managerial points. The book has some strong quotes from well known business managers and leaders. It can be a good reading material for impatient readers - only 150 pages. Reading it once is worthwhile. The information is great.

Short, quick, nothing new or earth-shattering, but a good summary of "good" practices (I'm not too keen on the "best" tag without qualifiers.) Recommended for new managers, old managers who think old school (they probably don't know who they are) and anyone wanting to be a manager/leader.

A brief overview/compilation of a lot of literature in the subject, good for freshing up some things but without previous knowledge on most of the topics / literature it grants no new understanding in the subjects.

The quotes in the book were great but the book was average to say the least. A dry read!
