Laine Hunt barely survived her first semester and everyone knows it. Now she's determined to prove she's a fighter, to secure her place at the front of the class. But what she's fighting the hardest are her own demons and her feelings for a certain lacrosse player. . . .
Parker Cole, the lanky hipster in a purple velvet coat, is fighting demons of her own. She can't forgive Chase Dobbs, the Southern golden boy, for breaking her heart. But when she meets a stranger with a dangerous solution to her problems, will she let Chase get close enough to save her?
The year tests everyone--but the lesson they've all learned is that not everyone will make it to the upper class.
Crash Test is a very entertaining, interesting book that kept my eyes glued to the pages. The book is basically about two girls (Parker Cole and Laine Hunt) Laine is the nerdy type that doesnt want to give in to any boy drama until she starts to fall for a boy (Noah)and she trying to fight the feeling she has for him. Parker on the other hand is a girl that hates her ex-boyfriend (Chase) and Chase doesnt understand why. Until they end up falling inlove again but while Parker and Chase are together she meets a guy name Jamie and he gets her hooked on Oxycontin and Chase finds out but doesnt know how to help her and slowly Parker is loosing her mind. Parker is scared to let Chase help her. This book is mostly taken place in a boarding school (Wellington) I would recommend this book to people that like dramtic, love books.
i think this is the last book in the series, which had me feeling a bit sad. the quality of writing is fantastic, as in the first three books, and it deals with issues of these fortunate teenagers in a way that reminds you they're just like everyone else...with money.
