Start a business are not the same skill necesary to grow the business... grow the business required proffesional management skills, it means MBA.
prepare yourself is one of the many skills that you need to improve a business and this book gives us the topics that we are need to work (teamworks, networking, learning, presentations, designer projects, research, etc.)
This book is about how to make an MBA experience and how to make it work for you in the future. and this book shows the differents parts of the MBA process."Real learning is an active proces" one part that I really liked is about archetypes, identify the differens personalities of our teamworks (bull, monkie, rooster, tiger, etc, etc). This book suggest improve our skills of comunication and writting, because "who write, wins". Research is an important issue in this book, but i think there is WHAT, but not the HOW, I mean to create the information... anyway after that we find projects and the concept of "working in a real world" I appreciate because many times we focus in theory but not in practice.
Finally suggest take an exchange program where you can learn in other places of the world a differents cultures and suggest find a new job during the process to put in practice all you learn in the MBA process. in conclusion "broad vision, sharp focus".
