A nice deep dive into the first 3 1/2 generations of Pokemon. This would have gotten 5 stars... However, some of the art wasn't super great. But overall, a great book of great facts about a great franchise.

This is a really cool guide.
Pg 1 to 217 covers gen 1
pg 218 to 325 covers gen 2
pg 326 to 490 covers gen 3
and pg 491 to the end of the book pg 549 is part of gen 4

I loved pokemon when I was young but fell out interest as I got older. Stopping around generation 3. This book was a great way to get caught up on gen3 and 4 for me. Plus I laughed a lot at the pokemon speices names and descriptions. Some of them are so werid. This covers different forms, such as Alolan, Galarian, Mega and Primals.
Which is super helpful.
