I made one stupid mistake. That will never happen again.
This crap isn't just cyberbullying anymore. What started as mere cutdowns and blackmail has become something much worse - and I can't seem to stop it. Dylan and his friends are a step ahead of me.
These bullies are cruel and sadistic. They think they can get away with anything . Once, they were right, but they've also never met anyone like me before. I'm not afraid of them, and I will not stop. I don't know how.
I also know their weakness. See, in today's world, technology is everywhere and information is the real power. Hacking makes me the threat they won't see coming. And I must find a way to stop these guys before any more girls are hurt!
The clock is ticking and the stakes are too high for a group of high school kids working on our own. When the conventional methods won't work, it's time to break all the rules. Maybe I won't fix everything, but it's not like I can make things worse, can I?
So screw being nice. It's time to get vicious.

Absolutely loving being back in this world, and the characters are so interesting to read about!!
This is another one of these ladies series which has sneaky little hints and tips linking to other series. Characters we have seen before get mentioned for logical reasons, the ties and links between series so bloody clever and sneaky in how they have been done. HOW do these ladies do it? How do they have all these clever links that weave in and out like a tapestry? It’s absolutely amazing.
This is the third in the series and continues on with the plot lines that were built previously, I won’t say much on that to avoid spoilers! But I love where this went and the clever way we have been prepared for another instalment. Certain plotlines have been tied off, new ones have opened and others have become a whole other thing entirely!!
The relationships have been wonderful to see building and changing, the characters growth and development has been done in a believable way even when not personally relatable, it does make sense.
None of the people in the story are perfect, they have their own flaws (for my GG readers, one of the linked series, you will appreciate the ties here!) and some of our favourite characters have a cameo! Not in the typical “I needed a way to bring readers in” that often adds nothing, but rather they’re just PART of this story. It is seamless, and wonderful!
If you’re familiar with their work, you will LOVE this continuation! If not? I recommend firstly, reading their Gamer Girls series and Shades of Trouble from Kitty Cox first, and have their others ready. Because you will absolutely want to dive right in!
Not a bad series so far. I would of gave a 5 star but it was boring in some places where i felt it was hard to comtinue but i did and glad that i did. This is for all 3 books so far not just this one..... So Those guys got what they deserved. I love Jeri such a bad@zz FMC. And I enjoy the guys alot too. Ripper being my fav out of rhe 4 guys. But I will say that I think its unfair the Grayson (HOTTIE) get her every night and the writer hasn't changed that. I've always been an advocate for equal time in a RH book. Which speaking of it needs more steam. Not enough going on. They are 18 or over so bring it on. I like the idea of them living together so I hope that it happens. But they story is good. I love the multi POVs. I love Zoe and Jinxy too. And hope they live together. The series is extremely long each book is and can't be a bit much and at times boring but keep going cause it's good. I can't wait for book for. I really hope for more pushback from the villains tho. It makes the HEA even better.
I adored the Gamer Girl series enough that I've already read it twice, enjoyed Shades of Trouble, and was excited about this series that weaves in between the two. The first two books didn't sing to me as much as the other series, but this one?
Yes.
It's my perfect balance of found friends, healing from trauma, relationships, and geekery that makes me adore these authors so much.
"This woman was the strangest mix of enabling and protecting that I'd ever seen. The crazy thing was that I loved it. It was almost as if she'd figured out how to give everyone their own power while still making sure they knew how much they meant to her. A skill, I decided, I wanted to master for myself."
Thanks for another great read that's making me want to reread the others again!
Oh my goodness, so much dialogue that made the story line drag and drag. It was hard to keep interested and reading. The authors dragging out this book to add a 4th book. The end of the book is when stuff actually happens, but it was painful getting to the exciting stuff we've wanted since the cliffhanger in book 2. This is such a big break in the case involving the kings of gaming and itis difficult to understand why Riley, Logan, and most importantly Dez was not more involved. I understand that the Flawed series is different than this one, but the time lines are so close and overlapping. It's such a huge break in the Kings of Gaming there should be more people involve than Ruin. Not quite a cliffhanger in this book, but the story continues. I hope they will finish it in book 4 and not drag it into more books.
This series just gets better and better. This is the third book of the A Flawed Series and completes an arc but the series continue!!
This book continues right where the last ended and we get to see how the ending of Brutal falls.
This is a series that gets dark at times but I really love how Auryn and Kitty are able to bring light too. There are times where I laughed then cried then just smiled at these characters.
The found family that’s in this books is just amazing. I was so excited to see familiar faces from other series and they are just as amazing here as in their own books.
I am so looking forward to see the next chapter in Ruin’s life!!!
This was another exceptional book from the A Flawed series. I love these kick-ass characters, their loyalty, empathy and drive. The storylines are excellent, covering genuine concerns, and highlighting the all too real issues faced by women and girls within society.
As a reader, a woman, and also as a woman of colour, I can relate to do much within these books. I can't wait until next year for book four. Meanwhile, I will continue reading Gamer Girls, because I am flawed, but I am not alone.
Vicious, the third book of the A Flawed series, is an ebook I borrowed through Kindle Unlimited (KU). The Flawed series is an off shoot of the Gamer Girls series. And the story line continues… this is such a great series, focused on diversity, female empowerment, and tolerance. The story line is solid, the characters interesting and tight-knit. As a group, they work, and as authors, this duo hits the perfect blend of suspense, romance, and relationship development.
Tried to take my time reading this so I wouldn't have that horrible long wait for the next one but once I started I couldn't resist.
I love the realness of the characters, they're flawed and they make mistakes but they grow and learn. I love the polycule relationship and how they all embrace each other.
This is still one of my all time favourite series and I think I t might even be time for a reread of the gamer girls series.
This one just felt so good! I feel like I always leave these books feeling so inspired to stand up for myself. I also feel like they push me to fight for a better future. Honestly, can you even get any better from what you take from a book?! I cannot wait to see where our polycule goes in the next book, but I’m excited for them to all be at UNT! Such a stellar read!
I'm not really letting you know the end, but it's so good. Auryn Hadley and Kitty Cox make magic happen in the pages of this book. There is no need to know all the technical bits. It's all easy to understand. I recommend this book.
So many tears you see coming and some you don't. I cried when they stood up. I cried when it happened. I knew it was going to (read Shades of Trouble first) but it didn't so the tears. I absolutely love this world! It makes me feel. Thank you both for continuing to give these characters a voice!
I love this series so much! I wasn’t sure with the continuation from the main series and it being teens when I first picked it up but they have done an amazing job with it! It is easily as good as the original! Loved the ending to this one and am looking forward to the next installment!
What can I say, I am completely invested in this series. Though that is no surprise, even though it was slow moving at times, it does not take away from becoming completely lost in the story. The relationship building is perfection and the overall flow and tone of the story may have you needing to remind yourself to breathe. I will be patiently, not so much, waiting for the next step in this journey.
Sorry that my reviews are similar on all of this series but honestly what more can I say. Auryn and Kitty deliver! I have devoured all of their books, some quicker than others but Gamer Girls and now Ruin are one of my favorite. Love these characters and getting to see the polycules side of the story.
Jeri and the rest of Ruin work hard at bringing down the Alpha Team and getting a line in to the KoG forum...and bringing them down for their misogynistic views. Excellent storytelling from Auryn and Kitty. Looking forward to the next instalment - bring it on! Solid 6 stars. Highly recommend.
Awesome!! Could not be more excited for Zoe and Shawn, as well as mentions of other characters from other series. Nice having the plot wrapped up but at the same time looking forward to further developments.
Ruin finally gets some revenge in this book. It is a great conclusion to the first arc in this series. I love to see the continuing crossover from other books in this universe. I can't wait to see what happens next.
Great ending to the first part of the Flawed Series. The dialogue got repetitive at some points, but the spice was still great as was the character connections. I really enjoyed this book
Five stars such amazing authors I love each and everyone character in this series and their personalities Jared she one bad ass chicka I loved the ending yet not ending time to reread all the books starting with the colors 😉 so I can make sure I haven’t missed anything
I honestly can never get enough of this whole gamer girl world. I get sucked in and spit back out only wanting to get sucked in again. Can’t wait for the next in line!!!
Gah! Love this series and when I'm done I definitely need to go reread shades again! Best authors ever! This series sucks you in and makes you want to ignore all the real life things you're supposed to be doing...like riveting stories should
Awesome series so far. It's nice visiting with friends from The Gamer Girls series and seeing what they were doing while that series was happening! Thank you Kitty and Auryn! Excited for book 4 to be released!
Thoroughly recommend this author. All her series have strong characters & detailed plots. Genuinely cant put them down until I finish all the available books.
Vicious is a apt name for this book and as you read it makes even more sense. You get more backstory, more butt kicking and you will need to read for more.
