Dense and from a more Catholic approach; well worth the read.

I liked the full treatment of the background and implications of the Judeo-Christian tradition of Sabbath on Christians today.

Less interesting to me were the suggestions of how to form a tradition of Sabbath in community and with family. I think that is because my faith tradition already has rich forms of fasting and feasting, work and rest. Some would find this section very helpful!
