The 9-10 hours of practice would seem to be enough to form a good introduction to German, but the intricacies of German grammar makes the task too large. There just isn't enough time to provide sufficient examples to make the patterns of German grammar understandable. You just have to see the patterns involved with case, genders, prepositions, on and on and on. Use these recordings with a book on German grammar for a combination that will work.
