This is a small book and even easy to hide if you don't want others knowing you are reading it. This was the first book I have gotten on depression (because the internet was no longer helping me). This book really breaks down all types of depression. The reason I picked up this book is because it was writtien for Christians with depression. Has a lot of bible verses that you can study and mediate on.

Inesperadamente claro, sencillo, bíblico y científico.
No tiene 5 estrellas solo porque me pareció levemente desordenada la forma en que presentan las secciones.

It's fairly well written, but some of the information and definitions are a little out dated as best I can tell.

There is quite a good but of information and material here. I wanted something more. I would have appreciated a little more in depth discussion. Although, I would recommend this to somebody starting the walk of dealing with either depression or a depressed person.
