This is a small book and even easy to hide if you don't want others knowing you are reading it. This was the first book I have gotten on depression (because the internet was no longer helping me). This book really breaks down all types of depression. The reason I picked up this book is because it was writtien for Christians with depression. Has a lot of bible verses that you can study and mediate on.
Helpful and insightful. It will fill you in on the basics of depression, what causes it and how to manage it. The biblical verses are comforting and can change the way you look at depression overall.
Inesperadamente claro, sencillo, bíblico y científico. No tiene 5 estrellas solo porque me pareció levemente desordenada la forma en que presentan las secciones.
There is quite a good but of information and material here. I wanted something more. I would have appreciated a little more in depth discussion. Although, I would recommend this to somebody starting the walk of dealing with either depression or a depressed person.
Excellent resource and helpful read. Packed with Biblical wisdom, insight and realistic steps for Christians to take during bouts of discouragement or struggles with depression.
