Disclaimer: this book was gifted to me. I would’ve never bought this myself. But I don’t like to let books go to waste so I finally picked it up. It’s not meant for a single person. It’s meant for an actual couple. I am not considering marriage at the moment but I can definitely keep this book for when I am. I think the issue with Christian books and overall the Bible is that it’s open to interpretation. Yes things are taught a certain way but people are still allowed to interpret things as they please. I think I read a different Bible then this author. Or we just possibly have a different interpretation. I’d never say she was wrong though. Or that I am wrong. I have my own interpretation. It was a short read! But that’s probably because I skipped over the quizzes meant for couples. I think this book could potentially be beneficial to an actual couple considering marriage. I think the person that gifted this to me also misunderstood the point of the book. 2 stars.
A good book with useful principles and explanations of biblical marriages, what to consider for a marriage and whom shall we marry to. It’s only 100 pages so some principles are not explained in details but worth digging more.
