I was sent a copy of this by the publisher for review and loved it. I'll be posting a full review on my site but in short, this was easy to read, totally accessible for the beginner and convinced me that I do NOT want to make maple syrup - which I count as a success! I'm so willing to pay for quality syrup after reading this book!
