S chatterjee is an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering DEpartment at T T T I, Chandigarh Since 1st September,1984. Prior to that he was in I E R T, Allahabad. He holds a B E degree from M A C T Bhopal and M E degree from M L N R Colledge, Allahabad. He is Presently Pursuing his Ph D from Punjab University. He has developed a loboratory Manual in Industrial Control and a Workbook on Electrical Machines. He has co-authored a book on Projects in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Dr S K Bhattacharya. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering ( India).

DR. S K Bhattacharya is a Professor and Head of the Electrical Engineering Department of Technical Teachers' Training Institute Chandigarh. He holds a B E degree from Jadavpur University, M E degree from Bengal Engineering College, Howrah, and a Ph D degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science,Pillani. He had his practical Training in the Electricity Board and a Transformer Factory in the Netherlands. He was exposed to curriculam development and Techanical teacher training in Huddersfeild, England. Later he went to England on a Commonwealth Education Fellowship to attend a Six month's course on Educational Technology. He has developed a number of Laboratory Manuals, Monographs, Teaching Aids, Demonstration Models, Educational Video Films and has written a number of Technical Papers.
