One of the best edition i had read. Each featured stories deserved 5 stars. Good themes assortments this time.
- 61 Hours ( thriller. Jack Reacher assisting authority to failed plans of releasing very dangerous prisoner by their associates.)
- The Wish List ( family drama of drug addiction issue)
- The Lock Artist ( journey of a mute boy who could prick open any lock and safebox. About making oneself useful to wrong person.)
- The Winter Ghost ( psychological trauma thriller + historical setting plus ghost of the past).

A superbly edited and compacted edition. My favourite is The Winter Ghost by Kate Mosse. It's about Freddie Watson finally cured of his grief of losing his brother in war. Meeting with a beautiful country girl named Fabrissa in one annual event changed his life for his betterment. And also for the betterment of lost the Cathar sect villagers trapped and entombed alive inside a remote cave 600 years earlier.

I will defintely picked up a Kate Mosse if i happened to cross one at bookshelves. Interested to write more of her writing.

Overall a decent collection of stories, the order in which I liked them are: The Wish List, 61 Hours, The Lock Artist and The Winter Ghosts. Surprisingly, I like The Wish List better than 61 Hours!! Don't know if I am getting soft in the head, or that I empathize with familial relations as I get older. The Lock Artist seemed to have required quite a bit of research, really appreciate the effort and the author's presentation. I also liked the connect The Winter Ghosts brought around especially around the genocide committed on the Cathars at Langedouc.
