I think there are some things in here that are good to think and about and utilize when you are in a leadership position as well as references to other books where information came form. I added a couple to my list but there were several that are out of print so that was frustrating.

I generally have a lot of trouble reading books like this, but since I was able to purchase my own copy from abebooks.com for like three bucks and had the freedom to write IN the book, and I was using it as the textbook that went with a Christian Women's Leadership Training course I was taking, I made it, and I thrived, and I learned a lot. I will be using this book again, pretty much starting off from the front and going through and finishing all the exercises and answering every question and thinking it all through and praying it all through and practicing these leadership practices/tools in my own communication and conflicts and relationships and teaching in church with ladies and children, and at home as a mamma and wife.
