This was a short read as it's a companion to the novel, Fire Starter. It covers the period of time when Keril and Electra were missing, so reading this short fills in that space and shows you what they went through. It was quite intense and deep for a short story and I really enjoyed it. Plus, the best part is it's free on the Desert Breeze website. I love this author's writing. It's always so deep and passionate.
