Not Until You Part III: Not Until You Crave

Rate this book
In the scintillating continuation of Roni Loren’s Not Until You, Cela is unsure if she can go back to her bland way of living, not after the door to passion has been opened. But she doesn’t realize she’s barely even caught a glimpse of what Foster is capable of…

As the threesome returns home from their wild night, Foster is still reeling from the truth about Cela and angry at himself for feeling more than he should for a one night stand. So when he’s confronted by Cela’s angry and protective older brother, he agrees to stay away from his alluring neighbor. He knows he’s got no business messing with a vanilla girl—especially one who tests his self-control at every turn.

Cela’s still not ready to give up on Foster or the intense connection they shared. So when a harmless midnight texting session turns into an irresistible invitation, she can’t say no. But later when she runs into Foster dressed in leather pants and heading out for a late night at The Ranch, she begins to grasp that there’s a whole other side to him she never imagined—a darkness that both intrigues and terrifies her...

Well, this story keeps getting better and better the deeper into it we go! Foster – I adore you so much…

In Not Unitl You Crave, reality starts to intrude. And nothing is quite as shocking as your brother seeing you do the walk of shame. Having to face her big brother immediately after her night with Foster forces Cela to deal with the truth: that what she and Foster had was only a one night stand. It can't be more. Cela's innocent and inexperienced, not to mention leaving in a few weeks, and Foster is all dark needs and dominance and control. Even if Cela submitted so beautifully, she's still vanilla. Foster’s been down that road one too many times.

In Not Until You Trust,

Oh, how these two drive me crazy (in a good way)! The more that we discover about Cela and Foster, the more I want these two to figure it out. I’m really looking forward to Cela getting out from under her father’s thumb… and Foster letting go of his past failed relationships. These two need fresh starts. And, of course, I can’t wait to see everything Foster has to offer Cela. The man is all hard angles and steely control—and Cela is all softness and sweet submission. A perfect match. When they both finally give in… watch out! It will be beautiful and sizzling!

Is it Tuesday yet? This e-series gets better and better. Each one is a few chapters long. It's short but its coming together really nicely.

Andre showed up in this one. He was worried about his baby sister. When he saw Foster he recognized him and it pissed him off. But Andre can't be judgemental. After all he is part of the ranch also and his situation is far worst than Foster's. At least Foster can be out with the one he's dating. Andre can't ever since his situation with Evan and Jace is so unique.

Cela is a college graduate who is still treated like a kid by her family. His brother and father are both very over protective. She was caught when she was younger by her mother looking at some stuff she shouldn't have so when Foster says something to her, she goes back to that time and she feels ashamed. I think Cela has something's she need to deal with and get over. She was always a good catholic girl. I don't know how she'll be able to being with Foster.

It's going to be interesting if she goes to the ranch. Foster is very dominant and he's been holding back with Cela. He has feelings for her. But he feels she's too inexperienced and wants to let her live life. Cela has feelings for him also, a part of her likes that Foster dominates her. She submits to him very easily, it's like it's something that comes to her naturally.

Foster has a secret something to do with a sister or a family member. Something happened to the child. Can't wait to see how that is revealed. I think that's also why he wants to protect Cela also, he doesn't want her to get hurt.

I can't wait for Jace to show up. Oh damn Jace and Foster in one story, now that is scorching hot. Read this series, it keeps you wanting more.

OH MY GOD!!!! I love this book Roni!!! My heart is just breaking for Foster, he is so torn about Cela & she is so in love with him it isn't funny even if she doesn't know it. This has definitely become my favorite book in this series, taking over from Jace, Evan & Andre's book(they've now dropped to #2). I can't wait for July 2nd now, thank god I pre-ordered all the books they will just pop into my Kobo library when they come out.

RAR. Andre! If he does not come CLEAN before this serial is over, I am going to be wickedly irritated! Poor Cela. And then Foster! He tells Andre that he should come clean with Cela, but then he drags his feet, not taking his own advice! MEN.

Both of them need to come to their senses!

Basically I am totally sucked in and loving it. I can't wait to reread this later, when I have all the pieces together.

POTENTIAL SPOILER ALERT - THIS REVIEW COVERS ALL 8 BOOKS IN THE 'NOT UNTIL YOU' SERIES OF STORIES.

Title: Not Until You
Author: Roni Loren
Publisher/Year: Penguin Group 6/13 - 8/13
Length: 60 pages(ish) each
Series: Loving on the Edge #3.51 - 3.58

Overview(s)

Not Until You Dare:

On the night of her graduation, innocent veterinary student Cela decides to play a game of Never Have I Ever with the two hot neighbors she’s been quietly crushing on for the last year. Always the prim and proper student, Cela thinks she’s earned a wild night before she has to move back home under the watchful gaze of her family. But what starts out as a simple game is about to take a very sensual turn...

Ian Foster is tired of playing games. With his membership to The Ranch, an exclusive BDSM resort, and a musician roommate named Pike who brings home groupies with a taste for ménage, Foster has a life most guys would kill for. But lately, his need for dominance is no longer satisfied via one-night stands. He craves the full surrender of one woman—a submissive of his own.

But when his quiet, sweet-as-sugar neighbor shows up at their door with a bottle of tequila and an invitation, Foster decides he and Pike may have time for one more fling…

Not Until You Risk

Cela’s sexy game of Never Have I Ever with her neighbors has turned into a night of Truth or Dare, with her revealing her deepest desires and letting go like she’s never done before. After some seductive dancing, the trio decides to move to a more private location: a swanky hotel where Foster is determined to explore Cela’s wildest fantasies.

As the heat between the three begins to sizzle, Cela finds herself drawn to Foster, whose dominance over her is almost too much to handle. But Cela’s got a secret she hasn’t yet shared, something that could bring their passionate encounter to a screeching halt…

Not Until You Crave

Not Until You Trust

Despite desperately wanting to satisfy her curiosity, Foster is not about to introduce Cela to his true dominant side. For one thing, she’s far too innocent to participate in that kind of lifestyle; for another, he doesn’t want to get attached when she’ll be leaving town so soon. But when he comes home after a frustrating day and finds Cela hanging out with Pike, all of Foster’s possessive urges rise to the surface.
Cela is left breathless and shaken after getting a glimpse of Foster’s dominance unleashed. Maybe he was right, and she isn’t ready for something so intense. But when she can’t get her mind off their nights together, she comes up with a daring plan to see just how much they’re both willing to risk…

Not Until You Beg

Foster has been pushed past the point of temptation. So even though he fears Cela’s interest in his world is a passing whim, he agrees to teach her the art of submission. But he’s not going to hold anything back—if she wants to see this side of him, he’s going to show her how deep his dominance runs.

Cela’s initial intrigue begins to give way to doubt as she struggles with the submissive role and the desires it stirs within her. Having spent her whole life being controlled by her domineering father, she’s unsure if she’s ready to put herself under the command of another man. But when she breaks Foster’s most important rule, she puts herself in a situation more intense than she bargained for…

Not Until You Surrender

Cela willingly accepts Foster’s difficult penalty for what she’s done and finds herself more vulnerable and more attracted to him than ever. Unfortunately, she’s also more confused. She’s drawn to Foster’s dark desires but scared by the intensity of her surrender and her growing need for him. So as outside pressures mount, how is she supposed to make the hardest decision of her life?

Foster is falling further and further for Cela, but right as he’s tempted to tell her how he feels, she approaches him with a heartbreaking proposition. There isn’t much Foster wouldn’t sacrifice for Cela’s happiness, but this time that may mean watching the girl he could truly love walk away..

Not Until You Believe

Having flirted with forbidden desires, Cela leaves Foster and returns home to her small Texas town to work in her father’s veterinary practice and embrace a “normal” life. Everything is exactly how she left it—everything except her. But Foster made his feelings clear about their relationship, and she’s determined to find a way forward without him...even if her heart refuses to let go.

Foster knows that he made a mistake in letting Cela go before he told her his true feelings. Intending to set things right, he goes to her hometown to lay himself bare. But when he gets there, he sees Cela in a compromising situation that makes him doubt that they had anything special at all...

Not Until You Love

When Cela walked into his life, scared, innocent, and seeking thrills beyond her wildest dreams, Foster never expected she could become the submissive he’s always desired. Cela has changed, has blossomed into something he can’t resist, and she’s ready and willing to surrender to Foster fully.

But when devastating news reminds Foster how tragically he failed to take care of someone he loved in the past, he wonders what right he has to be with a woman as beautiful and vibrant as Cela. She’ll leave eventually anyway—everyone always does.

But Cela isn’t about to let Foster chase her away. Can she convince this dominant playboy that her love for him is here to stay?

My Thoughts

I really enjoyed this story. i think that it was a reprieve from what i felt yesterday after reading Fall Into You. Anyhow, we are introduced right off the bat to Cela (Marcela) who just happens to be Andre's little sister. That's foreboding if I ever heard it myself. We meet her on the night of her graduation from Vet school when we see her coming home after the ceremony alone w/ a bottle of Tequila. She runs into her two sexy neighbors so you know where this has to go. Alcohol and sexy neighbor boys - and an innocent girl. Yup, my mind goes there.

What we get through this series of stories is what i thought was truly going to be another menage situation with interesting dynamic and power struggles across the board, but we don't get that at all. There are certainly power struggles between Cela and Foster, but Pike turns out to be an all around good guy that's really just a side character.

The nice thing about this installment of the bigger series is that we get the great D/s dynamic, but it's similar to what i got from Cerise Sinclair's Master of the Shadowlands series where the sub isn't really 100% decided that she wants to be part of the scene or even knows what she's getting into. Cela gives Foster a bit of a struggle at EVERY turn and that makes for some very steamy scenes when she does submit. We learn a lot about the level of Pain that Foster likes and how much Cela is willing to put out there without compromising her job, freedom, family and everything else.

What's really nice too is that we get to see Andre interspersed here as well - so you never know what's going to happen. We know that he's hiding his relationship situation from his sister and their family so that's something that I know i kept wondering if i'd see get played out here.

The other great thing about this series of chapters is that Foster has on the surface a charmed life, but it's not ever that easy - and that's kind of what makes him the way that he is - controlling, dominating and into pain. He has this haunted past that really makes us wish for the best outcome, but that would be too nice and tidy if that were the case.

In any event i feel much better about this whole 'Loving on the Edge' series now and thankfully Caught Up In You comes out very soon so we get the next installment even before i've had a chance to cool off from this one. Very steamy, very naughty, and very dynamic.

The books are part of an 8 volume serial. Basically one book split up into 8 parts. Normally I avoid serials entirely, but part 1 was free and I've heard some great things about Roni Loren's books. Wow, was I glad I picked up part 1! Not Until You will forever be one of my all-time favorite books and Roni Loren has landed on my top 5 list of one-click authors!

Cela Medina is as straight-arrow as they come. The straight-A student, perfectionist that always chose school and studying over friends and parties. But now she's graduated from college and is about to move back home and start her life under the watchful eye of her family. So when she sees her super hot neighbors, Foster and Pike on the night of her graduation she thinks why the hell not. Judging by the noises she's heard through the thin walls of her apartment and the women the two men share, it should be the kind of wild night she deserves.

But she soon learns that Foster is a member of the exclusive BDSM resort, The Ranch, and he's not looking for a fling or a one-night stand. He wants a woman that will stick around and surrender to him. To be his submissive.

Now here's why I loved Roni Loren's writing. Her style was so superbly written, that for someone like me who will never understand the lifestyle could get sucked into the story and feel as if I did. Roni pulled me in so deep that I was experiencing Cela's desire to be with Foster and his dark yet exciting ways. Now, this isn't the first time an author has done this for me. But we're talking about subjects that are way beyond my comprehension. What really made Roni's writing stand out was the way the characters expressed their feelings and actions. Every word and scene was in there for a reason, not like so many books I've read that made me wonder… why do I need to know this? Or worse, why is the author repeating it yet again? The writing was organic and flowed nicely.

And I especially loved how each character overcame something in the story. In my opinion, this is a must for a good book. They should learn something or get passed something from their past that will make them a better person. The kind of person the love of their life deserves. It just makes me as a reader feel like now, finally, they can have their happily ever after.

Cela's moment had me tearing up. But Foster's! Oh, my God, I cried like a baby. Interested? Read the books!

Ménage… BDSM… not my thing. But Roni Loren can write about anything and I'll read it!

So why not 5 out of 5? There were some minor editorial issues. Each of the volumes had something in it. Switching from first person to third within a sentence. (Celea's POV was written in first and Foster's was in third.) And some missing words here and there.

So now I have finished the third installment in this awesome little tale and I just keep wanting more and more! If you have not read the first two books in this series, please do not read on. This review is based on a series of books and the first two will be spoiled if you continue to read...
Cela, Pike and Foster return home from their amazing night at the hotel in this steamy little sequel. What was supposed to be a one night stand has everyone reconsidering everything. Foster can't stop thinking about Cela, but he knows she is to innocent to succumb to his lifestyle of BSDM... Cela knows that she needs to let this infatuation with Foster go, check it off her list and be done. But she can't stop thinking about how wonderful her first time was with him.
Pike insists that Foster talk to Cela about what happened that night and insists if Foster doesn't, Pike will. Pike doesn't know about the other first that Cela gave away that night in the hotel and doesn't understand Foster's frustration at the events of the evening.
Foster has a bigger dilemma, he wants more than his life of one night stands and run-ins at The Ranch. He wants a woman of his own, but his thoughts are constantly with Cela and her angelic ways. Will he be able to move on without her after she leaves? Can he give up his lifestyle and go for a little vanilla? Does he want to take her into that world?
The steam keeps rising with each book in the series and I can't get enough of the naive Cela and the too hot to handle boys next door. They are fun and flirty and tempting. It all makes for a nice little snack! Once the series is all out, I cannot wait to go back and re-read them all from the beginning to get the full effect, but I am loving it so far! I just keep waiting to see what happens next!
This series of books has quickly become one of my favorites. It takes minimal time to read one of them and they keep me wanting more. I am loving this series! It is like a literary soap opera and has quickly become quite the addiction in my life!

A copy of this book was provided by the publisher in return for an honest review at SeductiveMusings.blogspot.com.

When Cela, Foster and Pike return from the hotel, they have to deal once again with the real world, which includes Cela’s overprotective older brother, Andre, and Foster’s real concern that what he needs from Cela may be more than she can give. I hadn't realized until now that Andre is actually one of Jace’s two lovers who we met in “Melt Into You”, the second book in this series. He’s obviously never shared the true nature of his relationship with anyone in his family, but lets Cela know he will respect her decisions even though he’s worried about her well-being. He also warns Foster separately that he had better not mess around with his baby sister.

In Part 3 we also get to see more about Foster the businessman, who made it his life’s work to track down missing children after losing his own baby sister to a kidnapper when he was just a kid himself. Both Cela and Foster try to avoid each other, but the pull between them is too great to resist and late-night texting ultimately turns into another sexual encounter which seems like another goodbye, this time for real. Eventually, Foster opens up to Cela about BDSM, the Ranch and his sexual needs as a Dominant, hoping this will scare her off once and for all. She wants to convince him that this is the perfect opportunity for a short term fling since she’s leaving town soon. But Foster is done with flings and one night stands. He wants a real commitment and he’s not willing to settle for less, so it’s goodbye once again as Part 3 ends.

I have to say that the whole hello again / goodbye again dynamic between Cela and Foster was starting to wear on me a bit, especially since they did it so often just in this one part of the story. But by this point, I liked the characters more than their actions, and was still curious to see how they would manage to resolve their differences yet again.

Foster, Pike and Cela's not of passion is over and they're back to their normal lives. Cela can't forget the connection she felt with Foster and Foster feels the same way. But Cela only got a small taste of what Foster wants from a woman. He's not sure that Cela will be able to handle his demands in the bedroom.

In this latest installment, Foster is struggling with what he feels for Cela. Cela's innocence and the fact that she has a life that is all planned out for her doesn't make her sub material. But Foster sees something in Cela that calls to him. Cela still wants Foster but now that he's giving her the cold shoulder, Cela is moving on with her life and her plans to move back home. It doesn't help that Cela's brother, Andre, warns her to stay away from Foster. This makes her curious as to what her brother knows about Foster.

I really liked that Foster finally revealed his true self to Cela. Cela seems to think she can handle Foster and give him what he wants but she has no clue what he is which proves how innocent she truly is. Even though the threesome quickly turned into a twosome, it feels organic to the story. I don't think I would have truly believed that Cela would have sex with both Pike and Foster and be okay with that.

I'm interested in seeing where this will lead. Will Foster take Cela to The Ranch to show her what he's really about? I hope so and I can't wait to see her reaction.

Well after reading parts 1 and 2 in June, us poor UK readers had the rest of this series taken away from us due to publishing issues in the UK. Can you imagine the angst? Read 2 parts and then ...... nothing!

Well I deliberately kept away from all reviews of the rest of the series because I didn't want my enjoyment spoilt when they finally did become available and I am so glad I did.

Although each book is a fairly short read and finishes on a cliffhanger (until the final one that is), the fact that they were released over consecutive days here, and not weekly as they were in the States etc, meant that I could start each morning on a very happy note catching up on what happens next between Pike, Foster and Cela.

I have no wish to spoil the complete story for readers who have not, as yet, read this eSeries so I will not be giving my full review until Part 8.

I picked up the first 2 novellas in this series as a freebie on Amazon, well I am an Amazon Kindle Freebie Whore. As soon as I started reading the first one I was absolutely hooked and immediately bought the remainder of the series. Because I read all 8 consecutively my review is for all 8.

OMG this series is amazing. It is absolute perfection. It is hot, hot, hot. The characters and their dynamics are so well developed. Everything about this book is beautifully interwoven. The story grabs you from the very first page and you don't want to put it down. I don't have the words to describe how awesome this series is, and am just in awe at this author.

I would recommend reading this series how I did, because you're going to be left with cliffhangers otherwise.

I wish I had realised this was 3.5 in the Loving on the Edge series when I started, but that's my own fault.

Another juicy edition to the Not Until You eserial.....as usual Roni gets to the core of my emotions! Cela is realizing her non-existent vanilla life style or lack there of could be a soon to be memory of the past if she allows herself to let go even further. She is intrigued and excited by what she's seen and done so far with her hot sexy neighbors Foster & Pike and wants more but can she handle it? Letting go also means loosing control....not easy for a daughter of an overbearing father who's reins she will soon be back under in few weeks. Thanks you lawd for Andre's appearance in this weeks release! Hot and hot headed....phew love me some Andre Medina! I totally love this eserial and it only gets better week after week!!!

In this third installment to the serial, Loren shows more of Foster's dominant side in and outside of the bedroom. He is more moody, demanding and protective. I became slightly annoyed with Foster's character when he continually sees Cela as "too young and inexperienced". I do believe that Cela is those things, but she certainly isn't a prude or isn't open to exploration. I get the feeling that Cela will have to convince Foster that she is ready to be with a man like him, even though she has yet to learn of his particular kink.

So were finally getting to the nitty gritty of the story and seeing what makes the characters tick. I'm still really enjoying Foster and I'm itching for more. I want to know his secrets. I feel like I cheated because I waited to read this after all of the serials were released so my opinion may be slightly skewed. I will say that I am really enjoying things so far and finding it hard to put down.

I'm starting to get a little creeped out by the number of siblings in this series. Does The Ranch give a family discount?
