People are easy to label, that’s what names are for. Personalities are much harder to identify.
Where do you put your trust when your past betrays you at every twist? Where do you run when every turn takes you to another murder scene?
It all makes life very difficult. Almost as difficult as identifying the murderer in the room. But that is exactly what Gillian has to do. That left only one question:
Who is the murderer; the writer, his number one fan, the brother, the ex-con or the copper?
Well I really enjoyed reading this. The story is interesting and well paced, and it does keep you guessing up to the reveal, even beyond. The characters are human and they keep you wanting to read on as they learn more about themselves; not entirely sure where an Amazonian will go from here, but I'm looking forward to finding out. This made me smile in loads of places because I grew up in Tonbridge so I know lots of the places that were being described, the names have been changed (mostly) but innocent or guilty I still recognised them in there.
