The two major scenes involving the playroom where Natalie is organising everything and dinner were beautiful written, and I was easily connected to these characters again and again!
I was happy to read of Emma's health getting a little better, for me it's the addition of these secondary stories and characters that make you so much more involved in the storyline. Including Jazzys wedding plans and the budding friendships around.

For me the BIGGEST improvement in this instalment was the lack of brand/name dropping!! yay :)

This review is meant for installments #4 through #12.
Our dominant billionaire Tanner continues to amaze and enrapture Natalie. Being so innocent, Tanner is taking charge of her sex education into the dark corners of passion.
These installments give us very hot sexy scenes plus plot and character development showing the changes this passionate romance has on both our main characters. Owning her own sexuality is difficult for Natalie. She has grown from an innocent virgin, into Tanner's goddess of kink. In order for her to accept her desires, she has had to come to believe that what she is feeling is not a deviant desire where she can loose her sense of self. Tanner's patience and understanding is the catalyst to enabling Natalie to come to terms with reality. Our author has done a great job of developing these characters to the point you as the reader will feel deeply empathetic to their feelings and handling of the obstacles that arise.
Tanner's jealousy is forever an issue. Whether because he is so controlling or because he feels insecure, his reactions are meteoric if any man looks at Natalie or he perceives any interest on her part toward a male person.
It impressed me how Natalie's character reacts to Tanner's emotions. Although she might be upset with him, she never really looses control of her temper and always reacts with deep love and understanding. Somehow the love she feels for him helps her deal with his temper and remain loving and forgiving. I think this is why once he has calmed down, Tanner always promises to do better and his love grows for her. Now if she would only concede to not dressing so alluring when they go out, he might be able to deal with his jealousy better.
This was a great series to read. It is erotica at its best! Full of love, passion and sexual encounters that are each uniquely orchestrated and described. Top that with a plot line that draws you in and you have a winner!

Deep Obsession is a questioning, warm, loving, sexy and compromising story. The novella is short about 72 pages per Amazon’s website. There are no new characters, and the primary story is about Tanner and Natalie again, but I felt the parallel storylines involving the supporting characters helped to make everyday life more realistic. Natalie is progressing in her online studies, Jazzy is busily planning her wedding, Emma’s health is better, friendships with Cheryl and Dani are strong, and we even had a brief trip to Russia. The brand name dropping was almost nonexistent and the sex scenes were not so redundant or frequent. There was a bit of conflict, but resolution was handled in an adult manner, Tanner seems to be finding some self confidence, and Natalie seems to be coming to teams with her active participation in the lifestyle
There were several scenes I really liked in this novella – one being Natalie’s time of exploration in the playroom, the dinner in the restaurant with Tanner and Natalie’s task to furnish the playroom. I loved this scene and wished it had been longer. I felt for Natalie as she bravely took on a challenge she had no concept or scope of, a challenge forcing Natalie to really question her behavior, desires and why she liked it. I thought the brief discussion of BDSM participation as being deviant behavior was very nicely handled.
There’s no doubt that Tanner and Natalie love each other, they are obsessed with each other. As Tanner says in the story “Now….listen, baby,” Tanner said with an earnestness in his voice that was new for Natalie. “I love you, impossibly. Like Romeo in his love story with Juliet, I don’t have the will to live without you.”

The fifth book in the series continues with the love story between Tanner and Natalie. Tanner has finally confessed his love to Natalie and is embracing their relationship, however this time Natalie is the one having doubts! She is under no illusion that she is deeply in love with Tanner, but is it obsession with his dominance? The difference with this book from the others is the sort of reversal in approaches to the relationship Natalie is now the one with reservations, but not for her lack of devotion but of the overwhelming joys she gets from their taboo sex life, should she really being enjoying it ths much?!
There is also an element of jealousy in this novella, towards Jazzy (Natalie's sister) with her upcoming wedding to Ellis, Natalie finds herself wondering if this will ever be the outcome for her and Tanner? Or is it that her relationship isn't your typical fairy tale romance with the happily ever after?
Must again commend the author on the fast pace, no fuss approach to the book, I don't have time for the butterflies and rainbows of love, I just wanna get down to the nitty gritty, which this had in abundance! Love it!
Highly recommend this series and look forward to reading the next in the series.

This is the 5th book in the series, and begins with a trip to Russia. The details were amazing, allowing the reader to really “feel” the surroundings. The intensity between Natalie and Tanner is off the chart!
Based on the title, I thought we were going to see obsessive behavior from Tanner. But that isn’t the case. Tanner has finally come to terms with his feelings and the fact that he loves Natalie. That doesn’t stop him from being jealous if another man admires her though. With this installment, the obsession is Natalie’s. I have to admit, there were a few spots where I had to shake my head at her thoughts or actions. Granted, she has a lot going on. She’s working on getting her degree online, her mother is still ill, her sister is getting married and Natalie has volunteered to design the wedding dress…all of this while Natalie continues to design and market her own fashions. Add to that her obsession with Tanner. But for a while there, she gets kind of whiny and actually blames Tanner for her obsession.
This installment grips you from the beginning. I’m really looking forward to reading the next in the series.

This is book 5 and Natalie and Tanner have traveled to Russia with friend Cheryl and her new love interest Dani. Here Natalie not only gets another lead on promoting her fashion designs, but she and Tanner dig deeper in this love thing he's finally relinqished to. LOVE. The author gives a lot of detail and history of Russia which was very interesting.
Natalie kind of gets full of herself in this one though, blaming Tanner for her obsession with him and his kinkiness. She's whining and over-thinking it, everything but coming to grips with herself. Her real self, and that is she just loves Tanner and all the kink:) She's feeling a little overwhelmed with all that is going on in her life. Her mother's illness, school, promoting and designing her fashion, her sister's wedding and of course foremost, Tanner. This series of novellas just grows on. You want to read them in one sitting, because you want to know what is going to happen next. Looking forward to an HEA for Natalie and Tanner.

I received a free copy of this novella in exchange for an honest review. I gave this novella 4 Stars. Tanner and Natalie's adventures continue to Moscow. This novella took place in NYC and Moscow. Tanner and Natalie went to Moscow to visit Cheryl and her boyfriend. While in Moscow, Natalie learned and got inspired with Moscow's fashion industry. Her relationship with Tanner continued to growth. She still struggled coming to term with her desires for Tanner, how much she needed/craved for him and the facts that she enjoyed being punished by him. Tanner, being Tanner, overprotective and could not get enough of Natalie, he was looking to buy Natalie's mother a house. At the end of this novella, Tanner admitted to Natalie that he could not leave her and that he could not live without. He bought a new apartment so that they can create a place of their own instead of living at his place. I thought the part that Natalie went to the sex shop to by toys for the new play room was funny. This is a well written novella. I can't wait to start the next one.

This series leaves me craving more. After the first four books of Natalie and Tanner figuring each other out....literally, the two continue to make their relationship hotter. The author of this series has an uncanny ability to bring the reader onto the very streets Natalie is walking on. It lets the love story unfurl like one of her expensive floor length fur coats. And Tanner, well he's just fierce. He has a flame that but a in him that will make the reader wish it was him in their bedroom.
One of my most favorite things the writer does is to write a love story with a strong, binding love. It draws you in to keep reading and won't let you go until you see what they have done next. I especially enjoy the exotic destinations the author chooses for the characters to visit. This is a very unique series and I hate that it will end. I can't wait for book 6!

Book 5 starts us off in Russia with a visit to Cheryl and Dani. The girls go shopping on the Russian equivalent of Rodeo Drive and shop until they drop. Natalie realizes her designs would fit in well with the Russian women and becomes more excited for her meeting. Her designs will be sold in 3 different countries!
When they return to the states, they are met with the paparazzi and soon Tanner's secret is out. This chaos just adds further stress to Natalie's already stressful life. But at what cost? Her safety? Her relationship?
As one would expect there's more sex in this novella as Natalie and Tanner explore each others limits in the Playroom. We wouldn't expect anything less from this series.

Natalie and her business is taking off and Tarren is even busier building upon his. I love that he is loving and supportive of her in that regard. I love that Tarren (although still scared) is able to express his feelings for her. They realized running away from each other would solve nothing. They are what each other needs. Things seem to be coming together for Cheryl and Dani and Ellis and Jazzy. Emma seems to have new life although not cured has a new sparkling brightness in her eyes. At the end Tanner and Natalie took the next step: and purchased a home they can call their own. Though I think with the planning of one sisters happy event Natalie may want more but will Tanner and his commitment issues be able to give it?

The intensity between Natalie and Tanner climbs the charts in this installment as Natalie realizes she is obsessed with Tanner and is wondering if it's too much as she craves his punishments for her. On the flip side, Tanner is crazy possessive and gets extremely jealous if Natalie even glances at another man which feeds into Natalie's need to be punished. Will these 2 be able to handle their intense emotions for each other? Emily Jane Trent does a wonderful job balancing the intensity of their passion with their strong romantic connection. Definitely enjoying exploring Natalie and Tanner's relationship.

Let me say first that this was the first time in all of the books that I was nervous something bad was going to happen. Natalie just has to go with her heart and not with her head. Tanner loves her and nothing is going to change that. Also, after thinking back to the other books after reading this one is how descriptive Emily is with the places they travel too. The detail about the towns, hotels, shopping, church's, countryside's etc is truly amazing. It makes you feel like you are there with them. I can't wait to see how the new home....(playroom).... Will be designed !!

The 5th book in this series starts to explain and discuss Natalie's inner dilemma's. Tanner has finally confessed his love to Natalie and everything was going great until Natalie is asked to stock their new playroom. She is disturbed that she likes the kinky sex too much. That being into that lifestyle must make you odd or out of place. It takes Tanner to convince her that there is nothing wrong with her and that they both need each other as much as the other person does. I really liked this book.

Deep Obsession is super sexy! The love story is HOT and the sex is HOTTER. Although I feel like the sex is starting to get a bit out of hand it continues to keep the characters alive and my attention ;). I haven't been able to put any of these books down. With the new purchase at the end of the book I'm curious to see what happens in the next book. I guess you're wondering what the new purchase is. You must read to find out!

I can't get enough of Tanner!! He is just so male and I love that about him! He is insanely jealous but he is just afraid to lose Natalie. I love these characters and watching them grow and evolve in the relationship. They had hard times but they always find their way back to each other! Loving my journey with these characters!!!!

I was given this book for an honest review. I am in love with this story, again its hot, steamy, romantic. Tanner and Natalie are falling for each other more and more, but can they both cope with the intensity. Absolutely love it, highly recommend to read the series, this book is beginning to consume me, I need to know what happens next.

I think this book explores the BDSM side of their relationship more than it has in any of the other books. The sex scenes are great and the story between Tanner and Natalie is progressing nicely. Hearing about Jazzy and Cheryl's relationship was a nice addition to the story.

Once again, the story continues and lets a little bit more information out each time!! With the expansion of Natalie's horizon always continuing, she is more and more compliant (and frisky)! With everything changing for her, she is embracing and using to find herself!!

Holy, hell. It just keeps getting hotter. Now, he has bought Natalie a house for them to live in together. Natalie does not even know all that she wants, needs, and desires, but he bought her a place in Upper Manhattan.
Still waiting for Natalie and Tanner to get their HEA. Not sure how much more this can drag on. Wonder what happens in novella six?

I'm not too sure about this one....For one, Tanner's possessive side is stronger than anything. It's great to see that he has finally realized his feelings for Natalie but he takes things to a whole new level in Deep Obsession.

I do love the series. Tanner and Natalie love is progressing. They visit Moscow with Cheryl and Dani to branch their fashion line. Natalie is afraid that Tanner only loves her for the sex. He tries to show her his love. This book was a short read. I wanted to read more. Can't wait for book 6.

Whole review with book 1. This book is not my favorite book because Natalie was whining and blaming Tanner for her being obsessed with him???weird, I didn't mind the jealousy element, I thought Tanner was hot. I did enjoy reading about Russia and the romantic time they had there.

Oh my this one is so far my favorite!! Think I say that about all if them so far. What a great story!! This one shows so much emotion. Is Natalie ready for this or not. Great story!!
