Hillary's Secret War: The Clinton Conspiracy to Muzzle Internet Journalists

Rate this book
Hillary's Secret War is the true story of how a group of renegade journalists fought to expose America's darkest scandals through the Internet-and how the most powerful woman in the world tried to stop them.

From her own "war room" in the White House, Hillary Clinton commanded a secret police operation dedicated to silencing dissent, muzzling media critics, intimidating political foes, whitewashing Clinton scandals, and obstructing justice. Hillary's operatives infiltrated every level of the news media, federal law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and the federal court system.

They looked upon the "unregulated" datastream of cyberspace as a threat to their power, potentially devastating in its ability to bypass the controlled, corporate media. For that reason, Hillary's secret police persecuted Internet dissidents with special ferocity.

Mainstream news media spiked the story of Hillary's secret war-and of the scandals she sought to conceal. But the courageous new journalists of the Internet underground defied the odds and exposed the shocking truth about history's most corrupt presidency. This is their story.

Written with all the drama and tension of a gripping novel, this carefully researched book gives the inside story of how these modern-day patriots endured Hillary's attacks, and emerged from the battlefield to become a sprawling, innovative news source reaching tens of millions each day. Hillary's Secret War presents a tale of dogged courage and sacrifice, one of the greatest untold stories in the annals of journalism.

"Hillary's Shadow Team," says Poe, "will no doubt play a crucial role in smoothing the way for her planned return to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Likewise, the Internet will figure prominently in the effort to stop her."

To read this book is to understand many of the events of the Clinton administration that we read about in the papers, but never got the back story. An example is the strange crash of the plane over Croatia carrying Secretary of Commerce, Ron Brown, and all his staff. Most of us believed there was more to this story than a rainy approach to the runway; and in "Hillary's Secret War," Richard Poe provides "the REST of the story." This book connects the dots that have been sitting in the back of my mind for 25 years. In addition, the author introduces us to the early "alt news" reporters who emerged in this era, like Joseph Farah (World Net Daily) and Chris Ruddy (NewsMax). We learn why these "conspiracy reporters" may be more factual and more reliable than the narrative-driven "respectable" press, and how Hillary is able to keep her scandals off their front page.

This book collects the data around the dozens and dozens of Clinton scandals, from Arizona to the White House. It is incredible what America has ignored for decades. There can be no coincidence surrounding scandal after scandal, murder after murder. The author does an outstanding job of sticking to the facts, and they are compelling!

Personally I'm not a fan of the subject of this book. But reading through this one I could not help notice its got all the hallmarks of a hatched job-a poor one for that matter. No wonder a number of publishing houses refused this material. Its a good for nothing book unless one has time to waste.

there's a chapter toward the end about 9/11...a chapter that illustrates how polarized we've become. i suspect that even adding this one to my "read" list signifies...but then, when the deer are hungry and the food is scarce, even they rear up on their hind legs and box each other. and so it goes.
