"It's Always Sunny in Wrexham" is a captivating blend of fact and fiction.

Imagine waking up in a room in 2030 with no recollection of the past decade, only to be shown a montage of pivotal moments in your life and the world's history. From global pandemics and political chaos to alien abductions and Hollywood superstars, this rollercoaster of a decade culminates in two A-Listers, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, taking over and transforming a beloved football club. As they face off against arch-rival Hugh Jackman's FC Romans of Chester in a winner-takes-all match, with a chance to enter the prestigious English Premier League, this seemingly far-fetched tale comes to life.

Narrated by Andrew Foley Jones, a lawyer involved in the historic deal, this book offers a unique and hilarious perspective on the unbelievable events and a glimpse into what the future may hold. A must-read for football enthusiasts and non-fans alike.

Fact or is it all fiction you decide

This is a great read for you Fans of Wrexham AFC and Welcome to Wrexham out there . Cleverly melds the story of Wrexham AFC after the take over with fiction a "look into the future" through the eyes of the narrator after a few years in a coma. Some very funny scenarios in there.
5/5 for ingenuity

Genius blend of football, life, history, the future: surreal, fanciful with some predictions that have already come true (demise of Tories, assassination attempts on The Donald) and way more than just a book about Wrexham FC and football. Understand there’s interest in making this into a film and I can see why.

Couldn’t even finish the first crazy-long chapter. Aimless and too vulgar. A phrase on page 25 sums it up well: “a palpable feeling of awkwardness.”

Weird and wild. I didn't know whether to give this 5 stars or 1 but I think I enjoyed it. So 3.

Blimey! Andrew must have consumed a particularly potent cup of Bovril from the Wrexham Lager stand concourse before writing this surreal tome.
