I listened to this as an audiobook and really struggled to get through it. The monotony of the narrator made it very challenging and I found myself zoning out so often that it took me AGES to finish it and felt like I only took in a fraction of the content. I think this would be a great physical book to get a highlighter on and some sticky tabs to help reference, saving good snippets of advice here and there so you can easily come back to it. I may look to do this in the future, but for now I'm just glad it's over.

As a speaker and trainer for the last 18 year I can highly recommend this audiobook. It brings useful, practical, and actionable ideas.

Things like having three clear points to get across, and specific deeper levels of preparation are shown in context of real world facilitations.
