Shortly put, practical.

How should teams be solving problems, achieving the shared goals and creating trust all at once, all together?
Promising chapter titles flashed while flipping through the pages in the book store, so I grabbed it to harvest some new ideas and thoughts. The concepts are simplified and straightforward.
It’s a compressed playbook full of healthy and productive ways of working and thinking in teams - with a zingy twist of Danish humour.
I wanted more from the book but it did reference the sources that provide a more detailed explanation of the chapter’s topic.

I began this series about last man when I met a beautiful young lady who taught me why do u read does reading have a purpose? Since then I bought alot of self help books and started reading. The collaboration book for instance is one of the most simplified books I have ever read with regard to understanding multiple ways and individual can socialize in workplaces. Although I did require to do more research on the topics as they're vaguely explained. Still a solid 4/5 would definitely recommend.

Weakest of 6 books from the duo - still a moderately useful one. Wish the authors stop shoehorning every single concept into 2x2s!
