This is an informative book written in a clear and simple language. The person who reads the book will have a comprehensive knowledge about Zen.

Interesting historical/philosophical overview on the development of Chinese/Japanese/non-Buddhism Cha'an thought and practice, including the importance of Kung Fu and Qi Gong cultivation. Apparently Wong Kiew Kit teaches workshops on these in Malaysia...

- so much contents in the book. Need to take few days off to really read & understand what is written. :-(
