Maybe Butterscotch will be your favorite flavor, too! It's a Hollywood romantic comedy from meet-cute (he was doing yard work covered in grass clippings, she's a spoiled rich girl who gets what she wants) to a madcap proposal with adventures on the way as Davey the boy becomes Kissy the girl that men are willing to fight over.
I wonder about “the possibility of a directors cut.”
I’m sure you understand what I mean. I’ve read so many stories in this genre and it makes me wonder about dialogue or interesting material gets modified because your editor or publisher thought it was a little over the top, or for that matter if has ever been asked of an Author before. I think Rory may be the wrong. I don’t see margorie just walking away. It’s to early and ground work hasn’t been laid yet.
One of the best I’ve read in this genre. Plotting is a bit too fortuitous for the protagonist, but the writing is a couple steps above the usual. The thoughts and feelings of a person undergoing gender transition ring true.
It for me was a good book overall. The meeting dating Roy was fast. I really think I would have liked to see more of her and the girl that started it all for her. And there adventures would have created a better story overall. Or a book 2.
