I have the 5th edition. Interesting book teaches you what you need to know for the exam. taught me a lot about understanding unbalanced muscle groups and how they have an effect on our fitness goals and everyday activities. Would recomend. The end of the book has a lot of workout and brakes them dowm.

I’ve read a newer version of this that isn’t listed. It was an informative book for my CPT exam.
