I PROMISE NO SPOILERS !!!
I've read all of Alexa's books, and I'll continue to because she's a very talented writer. She pulls you into her characters, plots & story lines. Her books are always suspenseful with a dash of romance. What's not to like there - right? Alexa does her research on police / FBI procedures, along with the criminals who commit theses offenses and it shines through her writing making the storyline plausible & riveting.
This book is about twin brothers who call themselves 'The Gamers', they're serial killers who start out killing prostitutes. When their crimes aren't getting enough media attention, they decide to up the stakes by choosing lower risk victims. But they also have an ego problem as well, so they decide to frame the sherif's younger brother in the process by abducting & killing his ex girlfriend.
Alexa ties in characters from her previous books (although you can read each as a stand alone). She isn't repeatitive or redundant in their backgrounds, but she does give you an overview, making the story flow very easy & maintains being informative.
Thus brings in the villain from the 1st Profile series & his attempt at exacting revenge on the FBI Profiler who's profile led to his arrest & conviction.
Can't wait for the next book !!

Amazing, mind blowing excitement continues. The Terror in this book is nothing you can imagine.
Hang on for the ride of your life in this book. When the murder's begin it's Gabe Chase who is getting letters from the killers. How can they find and stop these brutal killings? When he gets one note which will kill him...and not him personally..
In this books besides being scared and at the edge of your seat there's a romance that's blooming that will take your breath away. It's amazing and beautiful. Amongst all the terrible evil...
Alexa has done it again...PROFILE OF TERROR was griping. It was epic. It took my breath away..I love this series..
I highly recommend this series, and so very much this book...You won't be sorry.

I wanted to post my original review, but didn't want to have it hidden because of possible spoilers. So, I'll do my best to not get too excited and write a novel about the book myself..
This is about 3 sick and twisted individuals who go an killing and torturing spree throughout Shawnee County. These jerks lure young teenage girls, and college students into their deaths by teen chat sites, and facebook accounts. The intensity of the crimes that take place is just downright chilling. I found myself crying on more than one occasion, trying to imagine what these girls were going through. It honestly had me checking and rechecking my surroundings.
It's scary as hell to think of the crap that people can get off of internet. If you want to spend hours reading a great book, with a lot hot cops, this is the book for you.
I encourage you to read Alexa's previous Deadly trilogy's. The characters will come together in this Series, and make a lot more sense.

I absolutely LOVED this book! Alexa Grace never fails to capture you attention from the first page and never lets go! I love how she brings all her previous characters into her current book so you can keep up with where they've ended up. I must say of all the heroes/leading men, Gabe is my favorite so far. He's smart, loyal, smokin' hot and will do anything to protect those he loves. Kaitlyn is stubborn and totally kick-ass!! Cannot wait for Profile of Fear!!!

Brilliant ..... Read this book in 2 days, couldn't put it down. There are two sets of killers this time and two intended victims ... Carly Stone and 'Cat' Reece (whose sister was murder by one set of killers). If you have read previous books by Alexa Grace then this book is a must read.
Can't wait for her next book, Profile of Fear which is out in 2015.

I love Profile of Terror!M
Knowing up front who did it is a new concept for me and I was afraid I wouldn't like it, but I was dead wrong! Reading along while Karly, Brodie, Chase & Cam solve the murders was awesome!
And it looks like Chase has met his soul mate. It's a small world, but who can remember their childhood friend. I am so glad Chase is not chasing skirts any More.

Just when you think you have read the best Alexa Grace book...voila...it gets better! Profile of Terror is simply phenomenal! I think it's amazing how Alexa researches her plot so the story is realistic. The characters are hot, sexy, and realistic, and she always has former "stars" making an appearance in each book. However, I love Gabe and Kaitlyn...a renewed romance from the playground! Proof that good things come to those who wait! I can not wait until Profile of Fear comes out in 2015!

This book had me hooked within minutes of the first page. The characters were well thought out and the twists and turns in the plot in the book had me on the edge to find out what was going to happen next. What a wonderful series and this second book has only added to my reading pleasure. Alexa Grace is an wonderful author and I will be looking forward to more of her books.

I have read all of Alexa's books and love, Love, LOVE them. Profile of Terror has been the best book yet! It was dark and suspenseful and it's obvious that Alexa puts a lot of research into the book. The relationship between Carly and Gabe is hot and steamy! Excellent read and one I will read over and over again!

What an awesome book! Alexa Grace's books are getting better and better! Profile of Terror had me sitting on the edge of my seat. It has had me enthralled from start to finish. It's loaded with romance, mystery and action. You would not want for anything more. Totally entertaining!

This is tale of murder, psychopathic twins (which we find in the beginning of the story, disposing of the body of a young prostitute(they are known as Gamers),a sociopathic serial killer (known as Master),a missing ex-girlfriend, a Private Investigator(Gabe Chase), who is a suspect in the girlfriend's disappearance, a former Federal Agent/Profiler(Carly Stone),Jim Ryder(former deputy sheriff) and Gabe Chase's brother, a serial killer from "Profile of Evil"(Book 1) and you have a high-octane chase to find the three villains responsible for the murders, before even more victims are found, naked and disposed.
Fast paced, thrill-ride, with a couple of passionate love affairs, a few murders, and you find yourself on the edge of your seat as you read "Profile of Terror". This is a definite thriller, a suspense, with a romance or two,and a few twists and turns along the way. You do not want to miss this tale of terror, love and suspense. Ms. Grace is a wonderful storyteller, she know police procedures, human flaws, add in a little mystery, lots of suspense and just the right amount of romance and you have a thriller/suspense that has people dying for, literally! Alexa Grace is easily one of my favorite authors. If you love Romance/Suspense stories you will not be disappointed with any of her books. This story has me laughing, crying, screaming and jumping up and down with joy all throughout! While it is not a necessity I highly recommend reading Profile of Evil at the very least, but if you can read the Deadly Trilogy even before Profile of Evil. None of Alexa's books will disappoint you.

Wow, let me catch my breath after this one! Our favorite hunky cops have a lot on their hands keeping the women they love safe in this one! Two serial killers and danger everywhere!

T'VE READ ALL OF THE DEADLY SERIES AND I LOVED THEM. THE PROFILE'S ALSO THIS NEW ONE DIDN'T DISSAPOINT, LOVED IT TOO. THE CHARACTERS ARE REALLY GREAT EVEN THE BAD ONES, THE BAD ONES ARE ESPECIALLT TERRIBLE. I COULD'NT WAIT FOR THEM TO GET THEIR'S OMG, I DON'T KNOW WHICH BADIES ARE THE WORST. EACH BOOK THEY ARE SO VERY BAD, I CAN'T WAIT FOR THEM TO GET CAUGHT (had me talkin' out loud to my kindle fire). I ENJOYED THE ROMANCE AND ALL THE EXCITEMENT, LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT BOOK. ;D I LOVE THE BOOK COVERS ALONG WITH THE CONTENTS, COVERS ARE TRULY BEAUTIFUL.

The first thing I am going to suggest is to do is read book one first because this book contains a on of spoilers and is very closely tied with the first book I would not call it a stand alone at all. Now with that being said I could not put this book down. I loved how it finished off the story in book one and then gave us Cat and Gabe's story in this book plus the plot of the Gamers. It was just an overall satisfying read. I have definitely become a fan Grace and can't wait until next year when Cam's story hits the shelves.

This series of books is as gripping and passionate as the original trilogy. The 3 main male characters, The Chase Brothers, are dedicated to law enforcement and will stop at nothing to protect the ones they love. I really enjoyed how these books entwined the characters from the "Deadly" series into them and hope this continues with the next and hopefully not final book. Looking forward to reading "Profile of Fear" when it is released.

FBI Profiler series-books 1 & 2
Just finished book 2 of the series and before starting book 3 HAD to write a review so none of you out there would miss this terrific series! The mystery plots are not only well written but they are well researched. As the stories around each of the Chase brothers, all in law enforcement, unfolds as do their love interests the crimes being committed in their county become more and more horrific! They also come closer and closer to home making this series a can't put down 'til it's finished read! Before I rush off to start book #3 I just had to tell you all out there not to miss these! You will not be disappointed!!

I didn't care for this book as much I had some of the others by the author....I have enjoyed the Deadly Triology and the Profile, but something just seemed a little off in this book. Maybe it' because it had been so long since I read the other books, but I felt very disconnected from the characters and the style of writing seemed different to me. I'm sure I'll read the next book in the series, but maybe will need to reread before just to refresh myself with the characters and feel more connected to them.

Predictable!!!
Even though the plots are good if you're looking for suspense the rest of the story is so predictable you can skip over a lot of it, which is what I find myself doing with the second and third books in her series. All the characters are related or best friends of the characters in the first book in the series and whoever the main character is in the remaining books in the series you know he's going to lust after and then marry his female counterpart. I skip over all the romantic and sex stuff in all of her books. So like I said, her books are very predictable.
