If only we still had screenplays this good that didn't depend on McKee's stifled influence on much of popular modern cinema.

I also read the short story this script was based on. The script was a bit better.

This was so much fun to read. I haven't seen the movie in years, so I was really looking at it with fresh eyes. This has to be one of the best screenplays ever written. It's well written, insightful, and full of suspense.

If you are looking for a good screenplay, check this out. But don't use it as a template to write your own screenplay because this is a special case and most screenplays aren't nearly as interesting or descriptive.
