I have recently been dealing with a case of food poisoning and my god it has been awful. Due to health issues also, I know my freezer can be really helpful!

Great book to dip into for tips of follow the method wholesale. Very useful charts and lists and pointers for adapting he method to suit your own circumstances.
This book made me look at what food I was freezing and made me realise that I could freeze anything. It had some basic ideas and things I already knew but it did inspire me to freeze more things and buy fruit and vegetables from the cheap shelf that once frozen would last me for weeks/months.
I cook from scratch and try and avoid most UPF so I was interested to learn a few new tricks from Kate about using my freezer to the best of its abilities.
I already follow The Full Freezer on Facebook which has plenty of good inspiration.
Now I’ve finished the book I will be keeping it in my kitchen for further reference. There is a great section at the end basically telling you how to freeze anything and everything.
I am off to ‘open freeze’ my feta cheese and fresh ginger- who knew?
