Undercover by Boo Jackson is the story of Tyriq Henderson and Myeisha Richardson. Tyriq is a homicide detective who is forced to go undercover to try and infiltrate the largest heroin operation in the country. Myeisha is a female drug lord who is growing weary of the fast life and is seriously considering making some changes. Once these two lives are intertwined, emotions get involved and loyalties are tested.

Myeisha has a best friend named Nikki who is going through a few problems of her own. She and her boyfriend Junior are planning on being together for the long haul, but his connections to the street life have become a strain on their relationship. As a result, he is being forced to make some serious decisions.

Undercover moves at a fast pace and is not lacking at all in the action department. Although it contains minimal amounts of errors, there are a few instances where the flow of the story seems to jump around a bit. At times I found myself wondering whether or not I had missed something but it was an easy read to finish. I give this book 3 stars.
I do look forward to seeing the growth of Boo Jackson as an author in her next release.

Great read, pretty fast paced and kept me interested. The story line was on of the norm which is refreshing. I really hope it didn't end that way for Tyriq tho I really liked him and myeishas relationship. Looking forward to part 2.
