Just Watch Me

Rate this book
Jealousy and excitement warred within Dean, but the thrill was becoming too great to ignore. For Danielle, the game had awoken feelings within her she thought long buried--feelings that scared as much as they excited.

Then came the Hawaii trip. Hundreds of miles from home, was this the opportunity to take things further than they'd ever dared? When Sandy approached Danielle at the swanky bar/lounge, full of surfer-swagger and sun-kissed good looks, the answer was clear.

While Just Watch Me follows characters from the short story Rediscovering Danielle, it's written as a stand alone tale, not a sequel. Dean and Danielle need no introduction. Just be prepared for a wild ride.

WOW! I loved this book. Another thoroughly enjoyable read by Kenny Wright.

While the sex was really hot, it was great to see Dean have some fun too. And Fun is the key word. This is a story of a couple exploring and having fun from start to finish.

For me, the best part about this book is the building relationship between Dean and Danielle, the husband and wife. They cared, they explored, they discussed and they grew. Isn't that what marriage is about; personal growth and exploration with a trusted partner that provides the safe haven from which to venture forth? In this case it worked for both husband and wife.

Sandy, the stud, was perfect. Solidly grounded, he had fun while letting Danielle explore and Dean experience. I also don't want to overlook a lesser character; Avery greatly added to my enjoyment of the book. She was exceptional and added greatly to the experience for Dean, praising him for his courage and strength, and giving him a taste of the forbidden.

While Dean demonstrated the strength of his character and the love of his wife Danielle throughout, Danielle shone through her courage to experiment while monitoring Dean's status as the story progressed. I particularly enjoyed how Danielle handled Jared. While she was out to have fun, she didn't put up with anyone disrespecting her husband and showed she was highly selective in the type of experience and partner(s) she wanted. Many books in this genre show the wife being pretty indiscriminate and I applaud Kenny for writing a really strong female character.

I feel Kenny dealt with the couple's testing/touching base issue particularly well. While Dean showed his angst, it wasn't overdone; many of these books become tedious with the husband coming off as a simp!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and wish I could give it a 10!

Holy SHIT this book was hot! Great story about a loving married couple, wife-watching and more! Sex scene after sex scene after sex scene, just the way I like my erotica! There's a nice plot holding everything together. Loved the relationships in this book. I really enjoy erotica told from the man's POV. I'll be looking for more from Kenny Wright.

This was a good read. The story flowed well and there were a few subtle plot twists to keep it interesting. The prose was good and easy to read and the characters were engaging, if a little unrealistic at times. This is only the second book of this genre that I've read, the first was also by his author, and I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I've enjoyed them. Having said that, I was not that turned on by the sex scenes; interested rather than aroused. I'm not sure what I was expecting really but perhaps I was in truth a little jealous of the male characters who both seemed well endowed and could go at it several times all through the night!

Well, this was just a wonderful book. I've read a few of Kenny Wright's stories now, and really enjoy his light and bouncy style, and the fantastic suspense that just keeps you captivated - and unable to keep from turning to the next chapter time after time.

This is his first full-length novel, and it's a real treat. It is a self-contained sequel to a short-story entitled Rediscovering Danielle, and you don't have to read that at all to enjoy this one - although I'd recommend reading both, the short story nicely sets up the characters and their backstory and is a highly entertaining read in its own right.

Just Watch Me takes Dean and Danielle to exotic Hawaii, where the atmosphere lends itself well to taking their little marital game of hubby-watching-wife-flirting-in-a-bar a little further, into the saucy realms of actually (gasp!) seeing her with other people. The story is well-paced and explores the whole risk-and-reward dilemma of a married couple very much in love challenging themselves sexually with the tickle of jealousy to fan their passions - it's naughty, it's spicy, it's so hot with scenes that will lodge firmly in the memory, but Kenny Wright plays it just perfectly in teasing out the nervous energy without piling on the pain, and leaving you with a satisfying HEA.

This book was so hot people in my office started to notice I was turned on. This is exactly the reason I read books with blood, sex, and tragedy; why should I be convinced of the existence of the good without experiencing the loss of it and the bad? A highly intelligent couple who are faithful actively step into the wild side to rile their own jealousies and ire for spiking their own heartwrench for uncontrollable kink, passion, and love. What an amazing book, it has restored my faith in erotica writers.

I realized about 20 pages in that I had read this book a number of years ago. But apparently I wasn’t writing any reviews back then, so here goes. This is a wife sharing story through and through. A couple definitely in love but interested in exploring. A business trip to Hawaii gives them an opportunity to go beyond previous efforts and eventually takes them beyond where they had imagined. A fully developed tale with other complex characters, well written and hot. Recommended!

I don’t usually write reviews, and certainly not usually for books in this genre, but this is an exceptional case. In “Just Watch Me” Kenny Wright has crafted an excellent piece of “erotic literature”. Those two words can’t usually be used often in this genre. But in this book, Mr. Wright makes it work. I came upon it quite by accident, having read the prequel, “Rediscovering Danielle” some years before. While not essential, I would recommend reading that first, because “Just Watch Me” is a “loose sequel”. The characters are the same but knowledge of the earlier short does enhance the more complex second installment.
So what did I like? Well, the consistent use of the first person point of view is definitely a plus. Character exposition is done through the dialogue and interactions of the main characters. And through a number of interesting plot manipulations, we get to see the action (revealed via dialogue) from a number of points of view. And the three major characters, Dean, Danielle and Sandy seem like real people…More than that…people one can care about.
I’d like to go into more detail, but that would give away the plot. But the hottest chapter in any book I have ever read is Chapter , Voyeur.
Do I have any complaints with this book? Yes, I do. Kenny Wright is a good guy, it appears. He let the main character, Dean, off the hook too easily. It’s his angst and uncertainty that drives the action. But fans like me live in hope of another installment? It’s screaming for it! If Kenny Wright won’t write it, then maybe I’ll have to!

The book tells the story of Dean & Danielle exploration into wife watching and cuckoldry and is a follow on from the short story “Rediscovering Danielle”
A thoroughly entertaining book set in the idyllic playground of Maui, Hawaii, where Dean had set up some business meetings and Danielle had joined him for some R & R. Their game of her flirting with strangers in a bar while her husband watches gets ever more deeper and ever more dangerous. The characters and all believable and it is easy to follow why the participants act the way they do. The action is nicely described while not being overly graphic. The emotions and feelings Dean endures while watching his wife are well written and I felt I could quite easily experience the very same emotions. Danielle is a wonderfully sexy and loyal wife, with a naughty side that she has managed to keep under wraps until the charismatic Sandy and the delightfully uncomplicated and equally sexy Avery help her unlock it, all with the knowledge and support of Danielle’s loving and supportive husband.

He does it again. He writes wonderful stories and this is another one. Yes it’s a hotwife/cuckold tale, but it’s not as well. Certainly when you reach the end you realize that there is something in between, or combining those ideas, but adding a heavy dose of romance as well.

If you’re looking for a humiliating cuckold story, this is a long, long way from that. It is about a husband who harbors ideas of his wife finally giving her sexual self to another man. But it’s also a romantic story.

There’s the mandatory jealousy and yet you always know, or hope you know that it’s all going to turn out okay in the end. Just enough uncertainty to make you want to keep reading and see how the author can pull it together..

If you want to read a cuckold story that has a huge amount of romance, then this is for you. Buy it and get started reading it. You won’t be disappointed.

All Good Here

I stayed away fro Kenny for awhile because his work seemed to get bogged down in too much husband angst and wife cheating and cuckolding. Not so in this book. The husband’s jealousy and angst seemed natural and he was on board with everything. The wife didn’t cheat or keep secrets and Kenny did a great job of convincing us that she really did love him and was committed to her husband.
The husband even gets to participate and the sex scenes are hot. Also, the bull is a pretty cool guy and he and husband kind of bond. I encourage Kenny to give us a sequel for these likable characters.

Erotically wonderful, and confusing.

This book was amazing.  I really enjoyed the eroticism, it varied from intimate to wild.  I really liked the protagonists, and for the most part enjoyed their interplay.  The very title incicates there will be mixed feelings, pain, joy, and confusion.  I thought it a realistic and plausible premise, but not being into the cuckold, swinging, hotwife scene, con't know about the emotions and reactions.  I do know I enjoyed it, and am glad I read it.
If you are a fan of eroticism, exhibitionism and voyeurism, you will enjoy also.
There was a prequel to this book, 'Rediscovering Daniel.'
But, I was  promised this was  a stand alone story.
My only problem was the last 2 paragraphs
"Was that our last adventure with Sandy?  Not even close.  Were there more firsts and new discoveries?  Absolutely.
But that's a story for another time.".
Not atandalone to me.  This promises more than the first two books.

Magnificent

Magnificent and then some. This story was everything it could be. I was concerned about how it would end but it was much hotter then I expected.

I enjoyed this book. It didn't have any of the angst or drama that can come with the hotwife/cuckold genre.

The sex wasn't as hot as some of Kenny Wright's other books but the couple's relationship was stronger than most and I appreciated that after reading a few 3-book series that were too challenging/broken for me.

This book is a bit shorter than most Kenny's other books but I was fine with it. Stretching it out would have only risked shoe-horning in scenarios that may not have worked.

This is the second book by the author that I was lucky enough to read.
The first was "Training to Love It - 1", which I read without thinking about sleep and food.
When I read this book, I noticed a very similar plot.
Similar married couples, the same time married, the same social status,
the same fantasies, excitements and fears of the husband, the same dialogues,
the same declarations of eternal love and all the petitions.
Sports hero-lover, fatal beauty, seducing her husband.
I think the author exploits one topic, without going beyond its boundaries,
only changing the names and location of the action.
If the author reveals the wild side of the characters,
then the story should be wild, not predictable.
If this was my first book, I would give it 4 stars.

You may call BS but I read these types of books for the dialog. I really enjoy the character’s internal and external discussions. In my opinion, this is want makes or breaks most fiction. Sex scenes are a dime a dozen, but good, tight, intelligent dialog is critical.

The author does an excellent job keeping the tension as the story progresses. I almost skim through the sex scenes.

Just Watch me was among my first reads of Kenny Wright and an early foray into other than classic dirty book. Allowing for more than a few hours reading the pre modern era of dirty books, Penthouse. As a mostly vanilla male, this is just outside the lines of what had been my private times readings. Wright can bring the heat and has a nice sense of pacing. There is time to get to know the main characters and to watch as they deal.

The plot is simple enough a married couple goes into the tropics where they meet up with an employer who is the alpha of this party. What follows is the couple stretching their limits, always tracking how the other feels about next steps. Ultimately everyone has wet steamy fun and no one has cause for complaint.

I picked up Just Watch Me without knowing the characters beforehand, and it quickly became a fun, engaging read. The tension between Dean and Danielle keeps you hooked, and the story has a playful, exciting energy that makes it hard to put down.

Even without reading Rediscovering Danielle, this tale stands on its own while giving a glimpse into characters with depth and charm. The Hawaii setting adds just the right touch of adventure and excitement.

I’d recommend this to readers who enjoy a mix of romance, flirtation, and playful drama. I’d also be curious to hear what inspired the author to write these characters’ story.

So great to read about likable people and nice endings. The scenes are erotic but it has a good story to it all.

What I liked about this book was that the confusion/guilt that the couple would feel was also explored. Not just from the male perspective but also through the female partner's perspective.

Top notch writing as usual. I felt the plot was a little too contrived and didn't contribute enough to the psychological tension of the story.
