I thought that the writing could have been better. For the length, they didn't say as much contentwise. Like the gentleman said, its really a commercial for realtytrac.com

You do learn some basics, but quite honestly, I think you can probably find a better foreclosure book out there.

The good thing is that they provide a number of websites that you can checkout as references. But you have to do your own research about the websites on your own.

Very little time is spent in the book actually talking about finding foreclosures. Not much more is spent talking about what foreclosures are or about the foreclosure process. Most of the book as spent hyping the authors and then the final part of the book is hyping a website that actually can help find foreclosures...for a FEE!

Not a very helpful book at all.

good introduction to foreclosures and the first steps in finding one. seems a bit biased (like a big advertisement) for realtytrac.com but the reader can just skip over that part.
