Kacey James has had a long (the longest relationship in her life)love affair with writing. Creating stories, developing characters that takes you to another life, since she was very small. She was the girl in the classroom that did not like math, but, would gladly, willingly write out book report, or anything that involved writing.
To this day, she still is not a fan of math. When Kacey is not pecking away on the laptop, you can find her spending time with her husband and family. She has three grown daughters who have blessed her with four amazing Grandchildren. Each time she spends with the grandchildren, she teaches them something that just might bother the parents, but, that is a might.
Along with her two legged children, Kacey has always been a lover of animals (with the exception of snakes. Whole different ball park on those creatures), due to this, the household is never without four legged creatures at least. As a child, her grandmother got her a doxie for a pet. That first doxie (named Charlie) set the stage for her love of the doxie also known as Weiner dogs.
She has two new doxie's now, who are just going to turn five mos. old. Max is a miniture long haired sable doxie, Harley is a standared smooth black/tan Doxie. Along with the doxie's, she has a brand new Kitten named Milo. All three are the same age and male. Life is never dull with these little guys running around. When they are not curled up in her lap, they sometimes act as her sounding board for any current work that she is working on.
Kacey is currently working on two novels at the moment. One is of the Contemporary Women's Fiction and the other is of the Mystery/Crime Genre. The latter is the first book that will be in a series.
