quick hot read. No substance, but I was not expecting any. I just wanted something quick to read before bed one night and well, this filled the need.

*After reading book 1 I received the rest of the series for free in exchange for an honest review.
I really enjoyed the first book but expected the series to go in a different direction. Instead, it continued to read similar to "50 Shades of Grey" in the "I'm new to this", "I love him", "I want more than BDSM," "I don't want to do this anymore," okay I'm done with him," "jk I miss him," "you'll give BDSM up for me?," "I like it again," "Sure, I'll marry you," way.
I suppose if you're just in it for the steamy scenes, it's okay but the content just isn't. I gave it a two instead of a one because it read well enough for me to finish the series. It did not read well enough for me to forget that all 4 books together are barely a novella, that the character and plot development suffered from its short length, or that the similarities between these books and "50 Shades of Grey" were close enough for me to check the release dates to see which set of books came out first.

The Control Series was a nice little read. It is four book in one all of them are small and stay on track for the same story. I guess because when I read them I read all 4 back to back I didn't feel like anything was missing with them being so short.
If I would have read them one at a time I might have been upset. Plus its such a great deal you can get it on Amazon for $2.99.
With that being said I enjoyed this story it had everything you would want in a short story. Romance, sex, drama, friendship, and even more. If you are looking for something just to pass time one day this is a read for you! It dabbles in some LIGHT BDSM but nothing to extreme.

I liked this book but it left me wanting more! The sex was HOT and the characters had great chemistry but it left so much out! For me, I like a story and background to go along with great sex! I like the appeal of knowing their background information, their life history and what makes them tick. I also like the chase! The teasing and waiting and then finally coming together and it's great! This book had none of that!!! Just great sex!!

Nicole & Logan's hot and smoldering love was so wonderful to read! In the end Nicole had to accept that she had the power and Logan had to admit that he wanted her to take it!! ;) This is the fourth series I've read Lucia Jordan's sexy novels. True they are short but I don't mind because they give me what I'm looking for. I can't wait to see which of her stories I sink my teeth into next!!!

Logan & Nicole are perfect together. They feed off of each other's need to please. I hate what Nicole's ex did to her, but Logan is there to pick up the pieces and show her what they could have together. It may have just started out as a Dom/Sub thing but it grew to more. It was hotter than hot when he gave up control to her just that one time to show her how he truly felt.

This wasn't really a story- it was a bunch of quick glimpses into these characters. I would've liked the details of their relationship. I didn't realize they were very short stories.
