The Archer From Kipleth
This is the second book in the continuing war for the Heaven's Key, a strange amalgamation of magical objects with which the Lord of Lightning, Deifol Hroth, wishes to bring down the Wanderer, the second moon of earth, to destroy all that lives.
Iounelle, the last elf, and her beloved Archer have cornered Deifol Hroth in Lanis Rhyl Landemiriam, the empty elvish capitol. Inside, the Lord of Lightning has discovered an elvish crystal with unspeakable power, the Lhalii.
In the northern wastes, young Arnwylf and a band of human warriors keeps Ravensdred and a remnant of the garond army holed up in an Ancient stone fortress thawed from the Ice Fields of Eann. If they can drive them out, Arnwylf may once again possess the Sun Sword, the Mattear Gram.
In New Rogar Li, politics are ever at play. Wynnfrith has a farsight vision of an overlooked object of awesome elemental power, and knows she must travel to get it. The only problem is, the Ar, the Heart of the Earth, the object that may be the key to controlling all the other objects of power, lies deep in the heart of the garond army in the Far Grasslands.

Perhaps better than book #1, but now I know there will be at least two more in the series. A great read filled with plot twists and turns. A page turner and well worth taking the time to read!

The continuation of this series has carried on from where the first left of. Lots of action with twists and turns. Looking forward to reading the final chapters.

Sequel to the the first book.
It gives the same feeling and a better plot. Also is a bit of a new feeling. I would say that it's better than the first book in a way.

Enjoyed the book but still a little confusing and unlike #1 the action scenes do not carry the book (not enough of them) will still read #3
