Research filled and up to date on the current trends on women in STEM. Good reading for anyone who is in the STEM field or wants to encourage a girl or woman in STEM.

Very interesting information and great recommendations. I read it because it is applicable to my work, but also really fascinating research findings that I would want to be aware of if I was a mother of a daughter.
