This book is good at reinforcing the importance of a high functioning organization to find and solve their own problems.

This book has excellent ideas for observing and improving performance in any discipline. Again, I'm biased, because my husband wrote it. However, he has many years of experience in this field and has explained what he has learned in clear and concise terms with many excellent examples.
