This one is mostly about Bigfoot sightings although there's a shadow man sighting, a werewolf, a glimmer man and a troll that are included.

As to the Bigfoot sightings, there's the normal bad smell. In one case there's a very interesting situation where there are two of them and they seem to communicate with gestures. It actually seems like an older one is berating the younger one for some reason.

This also brings up a question: can Bigfoot communicate with words? I've read a bunch of books on Bigfoot sightings and so far I haven't seen a case where a person has actually heard them use any words. Banging on trees, check. Throwing rocks, check. Howling and screaming, check. Staring at someone, check. But words? Nope.

There's also another seeming reference to two sub-species (?) of Bigfoot. One group has regular heads and the other group seems to have conical heads. I haven't read anything so far about why these two kinds of Bigfoot differ.

There's also an extreme case of a violent Bigfoot that literally bites a woman's arm off.

The shadow man case is really interesting with his hat tipping. The Glimmer Man seems to be a unique biological entity.

Another decent book on the subject.

Volume 10

This is volume 10 in the series. There are more encounters with cryptids and unusual phenomena. Some encounters are brief and others extended. A change that is becoming noticeable, some encounters are being written in flowery prose like a novel. Its annoying. I want to read about what happened not existential discussions. This was very notable in the Elder story and the stories at the end of the book.
